I dont know this number

This is one of the telephone number Mr Teddy Williams uses for his frauds.

Did you see this person; did he show in your restaurant and hotel  as i was contacted yesterday to organize a party in france for them
and i need more information on this person if anyone has them? thanks to help

Oh yes I heard from him too. He wanted to bring his wife and her friends to Niagara Falls for a surprise birthday party. His request just kept getting more and more elaborate.

He didn't call but he did include his e-mail address and phone number in this correspondence.

He sent request for 20 people for is wife's birthday celebration.

Cn anyone explain how he does the fraud? Credit cards payment or how?

We a dutch hotel received the same message as well. We already had a strange feeling, which appeared to be right.

Well I guess that he provides you with a stolen credit card. You charge the card and then he cancalles the reservation. He asks you to put the money back on his back account, his own bank account. Bo doing this he receives the money! Se be carefull!

Had same problem in Rome. Does anybody knows how does he act? It would be interesting. I have already alerted local Police Department, they look really interested... I will update

As I sayd I don't accept cheques, he said: I will provide you my credit card number... Now I think it's clear how he acts....
