I received a call from 0049612860935 .. it was a recording saying  my amazon account had been hacked, press 1to get details . Felt like a scam so I did not proceed.went to .Who calls me website...and reading the comments,it was a scam call..".

004978132912 Said he was from SKY, problem with router, wanted me to type something into computer, who knows what would have happened if I had !

ok, cant believe comments from 2013 are still here about the 0049 number, literally i got a call from my phone with 0049, i answered and they asked for my ni number, now i didnt know what this was at first, so i asked them who they were and the location, they didnt answer so i almost gave my ni number, i gave the first two digits and then instantly thought that something was wrong, so i asked them what the location is again, and a woman came on the phone and said 'how can i help you?' i just said everything is fine and declined the call, still cant  believe these types of calls exist, they almost scammed me.

Received a call this morning from this number 0049981481483527. A pre-recorded message informed me that  my internet provider had tracked illegal activity on my system and my service is going to be cut off within 24 hours,  To rectify the situation, I must immediately press 1 on my keypad and speak to a customer service representative. At that point, I was certain it was a scam and ended the call.

Calling multiple times a day and hangs up.

Indian caller claiming to be from Bt technical Dept so did not engage any further with them and put the phone down. Probable scam call
