I just had the same call from the same number at 5:38 pm. in Copenhagen Denmark. 5:49 My wife received a call from the same number. I called my telephone company and asked about if they gonna charge me for anything. The couldn't give an answer but told me to contact the police.

I've just talked with the cops. And I gonna make a case of it. They will start an invistigation as soon as I have send them all the details

It seems somebody calls a lot of people today... I don't have an idea from where they have my number? I regocnise that a lot of people are from Danmark or from Switzerland. Maybe somebody hacked TDC?

this Number called me also, at 19.18 on the 14.08.2008. I'm from Switzerland

Guess what? I've just discovered that my wife received the same call som months ago. And she made a stupid act by calling them back several times. It costed her around 2750 DKK. That's around 366 Euro.

In the phone bill it's called "Satellite Network Thuraya"

They charge 8.40 Euro per minute. Just a call can be charged as 5 minutes of talk.

So tell it to all your friends and family

j'habite en suisse et le numéro 0088213213340 m'a appelé.. je l'ai betement rappelé, résultat grosse surtaxe !!! pour info on ne paie rien quand on décroche par contre c'est la grosse surtaxe lorsqu'on rappel.

does anyone would have any idea of the amount to be paid for this call if I spent at least 10 secondes on the phone when I called back this f**** number !!?

sorry... I meant that it would not cost you a penny if you answer the phone (mobile or fixe) but it would cost you a lot if you call back.

friend of mine got two calls on her prepaid orange number (handy) here in switzerland yesterday... glad she didn't pick up. same number as mentioned already.
