These 88213 ****** mobile satellite numbers are being used to scam people across Europe, Africa and even the Caribbean.  They have been allocated to Telespazio.  The mobile networks are sharing the revenue with Telespazio.  Why are the Regulators in each country allowing this multi-million dollar revenue sharing scam.

hi i got the call from this number a min back... but amazingly they knew my name & iam in germany, the accent sounded like east asian !!!

I've left another message on this site reference the number 0088213220042, who called me and I missed the call, which is very close to the above number...after having read much more on this on this site I would recommend that under no circumstances do you answer let alone call back. I made the mistake of putting my mobile number on FB(have just removed it)perhaps this has something to do with it? We should all, as I am about to do, contact out Service Providers to try and find out how these "people" got our numbers (and names??!) in the first place. UNDER NO CIRCUNSTANCES CALL THESE 0088 NUMBERS BACK!!

Oh Dear! Just read back through most of the messages on here and it would appear to me that 'they' hit certain Countries (Denmark Holland and Switzerland certainly) at targeted times last year (late summer)..Funny why no UK complaints though? Then there was a drop off in activity on this this subject and the last few messages were December last year ...now starting again in February this year (with me a slightly different number)...so these "people" have not been shut down (as they should be) and are set to fleece a new set of victims with their new campaign...Please tell everyone you know to tell everyone they know, and like I said before, let's get onto our service providers to see what can and should be done about this...(it's like those text services... 'they' suck people in, who don't know, or realise when it's too late, that they have to "opt out"..and they are actually charged to receive texts!!!! Many of them too!) Modern day, disgusting scam, and may Karma bring them all the joy they deserve from their ill gotten gains....Cheers Jules

Its just a call from voip based systems like nymgo. You wont be able to reach them if you call back.Nothing to be alarmed about.
