just got a call from them now, didn't answer. If it is T-Mob, surely they need to check their records?! I got my upgrade 3 weeks ago!!!

Called me 3 times today and ive hung up on all occasions.
This number has been a pest for the last 6 months or so.

Get a call from this number every day, morning and evening, for the last three weeks. Don't pick up as don't know the caller. Just us well after reading all the comments around.
Hope they'll give it up eventually

Just ignored this number as I didnt recognise it - looked it up on t web & found this - glad i didnt bother answering.

I will be looking into the legality of this annoyance.

I stopped one companies repetative annoying sales calls before by finding out the company directors personal details & then phoning his house line on different numbers at 2-5am in the morning constantly until answered - as well as being hilarious as he'd get so worked up at having been woke up it also worked after the 3rd night & to this day I have not had another call from his firm.

I am registered to not get nusance calls but this number has called three times in the last three days

I just had a missed call from this number. I'm with T-Mobile and there seems to be a bit of a theme here with them!

I just received a call from 01132031377. It was a missed call so I have no further information to add; just wanted to report it as its probably dodgy.

This number calls at least twice a day at all times - I've had 12 calls since Sunday (it's Friday now) and I'm cheesed off to say the least. Also with T-Mobile so if I find out it's them I'm changing provider.

I have been pestered by these people for well over a month now, I normally ignore as usually working or busy (or cant be bothered), on the very odd occassion when I have answered, they either put phone straight down or just nothing on other end!  It is majorly frustrating and bugs me big time!!!  Any way we can irritate them back???  Doubt its the service providers as they always tell you who is calling from the start, well T-Mobile do anyway and seeing as ive been with them for over 10years, I wouldnt think they`d start to change their ways now!!!

Again the same problem, have had a few missed calls over the past few days, am glad I didn't pick up. Also a T-mobile customer nearing the end of a contract. I recommend as many of you as possible report this to watchdog to get it shut down.

I get this number calling me 3 or 4 times a day. I don't have a tmobil account, so I'm not sure what they want. I have never answered the call though!

These calls are NOT from T-Mobile
I work at a T-Mobile retail store and have had a customer  in today who has been recieving upto 15 calls a day from this number, so I decided to investigate and called the number back:

The company is called Free Upgrades they are independant company working for the 3 network (NOT T-Mobile - just a reminder!!!!!)

When I asked where they had got my customers number from I was told it was from third party companies, I asked for the number to be removed from the mailing I was not a problem and she would do it straight away!!!!
We will see!!!!!!!!!!!

Be aware that if you are already in contract and you enter into agreement with these people you will infact be entering into a brand new 18 month contract, leaving you with your existing one and a brand new one on the 3 network.

11 calls from this no in the last 2 days aaaaaah.  I have sent it to my reject number list - hope this sorts it out.

This number has been calling me now for the last few weeks, its really annoying, beacause I am at school and it always rings during school time, my dad talked to t-mobile and asked for the number to be barred but they cound'nt do it, so please if anyone knows, tell me Thanks!

Keep phoning me and no-one speaks.  Very annoying - usually as I'm putting my son to bed.

I've just recently been getting calls from this number. I rang back after missing a call and got a recorded message from "Free Upgrades". I think it must be these people. http://www.freeupgrades.co.uk/ 
I'm going to carry on ignoring them, I don't trust cold callers.

They've called me every other day for about two weeks. rang the freephone number kindly posted on here and told the opperator firmly, but poltely to remove my number and took her name down. Seems to have worked. They're just a bunch oh chancers. Even the automated voice sounds like he's going to try and rip you off. Hope this helps.

Calls started from 01132 031370 25.09.08. Then from 01132 031377 (25.11.08) up to 3 times a day. I dont accept their calls, but they're driving me nuts. I've noticed there seems to be a common denominator here, T-Mobile and the fact several people say their contracts are "soon up for renewal". I wonder if a T-Mobile (ex?)employee could have stolen customer details. T-Mobile said:- Register with the telephone prefetrence service, they couldnt do anything about it as my number must be on a database (ie my fault!),which is extremely unlikely as only them, my GP, and the police and a few others know it.  Perhaps I'll ask the police to put a simple trace on the line where theyre coming from!  Any suggestions?

I am with T-mobile!! a bit of a coincidence dont you think?
