Been ringing me twice a day for 2 weeks now, don't know who it is so not answering it, they don't give up ringing.

This number calls me nearly every day - theres never anyone there.  the one time i called it back it was a message for a free upgrade.  Is it possible to block it somehow?  It is driving me mad.

Have just entered into the remaining days of my contract with T-Mobile and started getting these calls. I answer them to advise im not interested but the line goes dead within 2 secs of accepting the call. Going to try the free phone number listed above and ask them politely to stop!

I too got a call from 01132 031 377 last night on my mobile. Coincidentally, I contacted T-Mobile last Thursday about an upgrade (my contract expired 4 months ago).

I didn't hear my phone ring last night, but will be prepared for some fun and games if they phone back today :-)

sick of getting calls on my pay as you go mobile from this number.i do not answer as this phone is used only for texting. no one i know actually calls me on it to speak, just to send me a text message

Called me earlier this afternoon and was silent when I answered. Has previously called me claiming to be from T-Mobile (but then proved they were not by asking me what tariff I was on and what model phone I have! - Genuine callers would have my contract info to hand). I've created a contact in my phone which allows me to tick a box [] Send straight to voicemail. I also changed their ringtone to a silent wav file on my phone so that I can never hear it ring if it doesn't go direct to voice mail.

These guys just called me. Asked if I wanted to upgrade. I said no because I've only recently had a new phone and they hung up.

Like Stanley, I'd like to know where these people get my number from! I've just had one trying to contact me again! I would urge anyone who gets a call from any of these such numbers to ignore it. Chances are you will be charged for the call if you answer! Best thing to do is to inform your network provider and have them put a trace/ban on these calls.

Just by chance I happened to cancel the incoming call from 01132031377 as was in a meeting.  Glad I did!

I just recieved a call from this number - they said i'm due for an upgrade on my t-mobile contract, but ive just had one! they asked whether i have a 12 or 18-month contract, if they really are t-mobile, they should know!

I keep getting this number calling me. I think this could be a 3rd party company who has details of people's contracts ending. This is rediculous. I was in a library trying to study and I got 3 calls within 4 hours. Next time they call I am going to send them on a wild goose chase.

ive had two missed calls from them so i phoned the number back and it was about free upgrades. I spoke to a lady and told her that i didnt want an upgrade and said about this website. I told her not to phone my number again and to take me off the database. Hopefully that will be the end of it!

I have had at least one missed call from this number per day over the last five days. I have not answered any of these calls and I have not dialed the number to find out who this is. If they want something from me they can leave a message.

Had numerous calls from these on my t-mobile contact number, which were silent when i answered, then i mainly rejectd them over 2-3 weeks. When i finally answered and got to speak to someone they knew i was due an upgrade passing theirselves off as t-mobile, surely illegal as they are not but a third party in Leeds? Who can we complain to?
