these people are so annoying ! , when i say dont call back thats what i mean !

If you call 01752 258015 you can request your number be removed from the database.  You can also email existingbusiness@firstassistinsurance.co.uk to request removal.

After being called and hung up on 5 times this morning I managed to track this info down.

This is really helpful guys, I have had at least 5 calls everyday this week from this number! at one point went to answer it and they hung up, they seem to only let it ring a few times, Will not be answering any calls from them and will definately email them!

They are doing my head in!

Like everyone else I have been receiving calls from this number for several weeks, frequently in the evening. Rings only a few times and no message is left. It is my mobile they are ringing so I have now added them to my reject list so that should do it. If they are ringing your landline make sure you have caller display so you can ignore them, and lodge a complaint with BT if you are on TPS. The idea someone gave of answering and leaving them on hold is a good one as is a piercing whistle down the phone!
I wouldn't recommend you email them though as they then have another way of contacting you. I am planning to get in touch with More Than and make a formal complaint if they have indeed been selling on numbers!

Yeah, they've starting calling me on my mobile. Damn More Than for selling my details. Damn them!!!

Getting this number all times of day & late into the evening.  No message ever left.  When I answer, the phone is hung up at the other end and a long dialing tone is heard.  Very odd and very disconcerting.  Wish they'd leave me alone whoever they are.

MoreThan Insurance - I'm already with them, and renewal's due in a couple of months, but they've got me on file from 3 years ago...    Told 'em first time I'm already with them, and if they rang me and pestered me again, I'd not be renewing with them, even if they were £100 cheaper than anyone else.

So - they rang back 7 more times in the space of the next 3 days apparently - I just blocked the number on my TrueCall machine...

This number called me last night when I was out, then again tonight.  Since I have distant relatives in that part of the country I was in two minds about answering, but decided not to until I'd checked on here.

I've been with MoreThan for years, but I'm sure I've always ticked to say I didn't want anyone to contact me.  Funny way of doing business, surely MoreThan should be trying to get me to take out their insurance rather than selling my number to others.

Had this number constantly calling me so I've ignored it.  Now I answer it in a quiet place and leave the phone there, it hangs up after a few seconds of getting no response.  Been doing that to all these numbers trying to contact me.  I'm also with More Than and I also assume they have passed on my contact number because I have ticked to not be contacted by third parties.  That's about as trustworthy as a chocolate fireguard.

repeat unknown number !!!!!!!!!!!

I have had around 10-15 calls off this company in the last 2 weeks after telling the sales agent I wasn't interested and asking him to delete my number from their database.
I have just emailed the company and told them I will get the police involved
They have somehow got my number from a policy I held with More Than insurance, so I have also sent a complaint to More Than directors via their site.

I do not know who this call was from but it was unsolicited.

I received a call from this number at 9pm tonight, what the hell do they think they're playing at phoning at this time of night Grrr I never answered, I got the number from 1471

Rang today. Never answered let it ring out to answer phone as I did`nt recognise the number but,never left a message,CLOWNS

Been getting calls from this number for about a week now, about 10 calls. Say they are calling on behalf of More Than, where both my wife and I have car insurance.

Getting really pissed of with them.
