Called me at 1.14am this morning with the same recorded message others have had.  Like many other people I assumed the phone ringing at that time of night had to be a family emergency. This is VERY poor!  I am also already TPS registered......

got woken up at 016am not bloody impressed, all sorts of thoughts flash through your mind when you get caals at that time.

This number called our house at 4.53am. You can imagine the thoughts that went through our heads when the phone goes at that time of the morning. It is usually trouble for someone. I was disgusted that it is yet another nuisance scam.

Got the call at 5am today. My aunt is ill and thought the worst.
But when I answered all I got was an automated female voice
saying this extension is unavailable.
They are not nice people !!!!!

Not only did this annoying call wake my Mother at 1.30 am on Tuesday morning at 12.14 am on Wednesday they rang me at 12.14 am.  Absolutely appalling, what gives anyone the right to wake people up - esp as you think it's a family emergency.  Then you can't get back to sleep either.  Who can this be reported to?

5.45 am call this morning. Disgusting. Its bad enough to have 3-4 cold calls during the day on the land line. Unsolicited texts by mobile. Depite going on to the telephone preference site. This bombardment has got to stop.

Our telephone system provider Telappliant has drawn a blank so far at how to trace these calls.
They are the equivalent of an anonymous person writing thousands of letters with your name and
address as the sender.
This phenomena is known as Caller ID spoofing and if you look on Google it's a growing trend.

We are very upset that we have been associated with causing so much stress and anxiety to
such a large number of people. What's worse is that we seemingly have no way of stopping
it.
It will likely result in us changing our number.

The only possibility of tracing this caller is through YOUR phone provider.
If enough of you pursue this line with BT or Virgin etc, then there may be a result
of shutting the perpetrator down.
You will need to give them the exact time of the call but as so many of you were called
in the early hours of the morning, this should make it easier for them to trace.
We will continue to pursue it from our end.

yep 01213140001 called me 5.40 am this morning.as already said on this forum,an 'i.t. company' who cannot sort out their phone system is not worth 'it'.

We had a call at about 12.30 am (midnight).  Just a message about wrong access code or similar

0545 this morning for my call from these people; my first call.  Will see if they call again and if so can only complain to TPS/ Offcom, or BT.  Short of having this number blocked by your provider, or installing a call vetting device, there is probably nothing you can do to stop this kind of call.

Me too - 1.30 this morning.  I am contacting BT now to report on their nuisance calls service.  Suggest others do the same.

Got a call at 2.00am last night, and ended up restless all night as I have a disability. According to another web site (BT Care) We Solve IT Ltd say their phone number has been hacked into and they are trying to sort it out.

Phone rang 03:23 this am (7/3/2012)  Absolutely disgraceful.  These calls should be investiagted and stopped.

got back late evening from a business trip si i was tired anyway then they called me last night (this morning!!!!!) at 4.30AM ringing off before i could get to the phone - not a happy bunny!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have now got through, they are well aware of the issue and are dealing with it.

i received a call at 1.50 am on 8/3/12 from this number - struggled to get back to sleep - not a happy bunny today!

Phone rang at 5am (07/03/12) Extremely annoyed.
Woke in a panic fearing the worst, When got to phone, just silence. Not impressed, particularly as have a 12 week old baby in the room with us as well as two young kids, so my sleep is very precious to us.
Its not acceptable - they need to get it sorted asap.

This number woke me at 5.00 am ! Who is it and why are they phoning me this time in the morrning ????
