we got a call from this number at 1.18am this morning not impressed.

I got a call from these idiots at 1.33 a.m.

Got a call from this number at 12.00am not only waking me but my children too, was hard getting back to sleep after that thru worry, not happy!!!!!

Received a call from 0121314001 at 11.55pm on 07/03/12 which woke us up. Thought it was a family emergency. The phone stopped ringing before I could anwer it.

01213140001 called last night at 8.40 - silent call.  01213140004 called at 2am this morning.   We are ex directory and registered with telephone preference.   Rang back both numbers to be told (electronically) they are having trouble with the line - they are not making the calls and are waiting to have their line changed.As this seems to have been going on since the 6th it is a poor excuse for upsetting a lot of people!

They got me out of bed at 2:04 8/3/2012.

I was wakened at 01.29 & 04.02 a.m. this morning by these people!! I am NOT a happy little bunny!!

Apparently the company is " WE SOLVE IT "

Perhaps those who are awake during the night should ring the mobile number and hope someone has the ringer tone switched on, although i doubt it.
I don't condone ringing numbers after 21:00, but in this instance  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woken at 2.30AM (yes, AM) by this number - when I answered it was electronic noise.  Very unhappy at being woken in middle of the night, thinking the worse.  Sort it out.

I got a call from this number at 1.45 AM !!! Needless to say it didn't get answered !!

Phone rang after midnight last night - ignored it.  Checked 1417 this morning and got 0121 3140001 rang at 01:53 8 March.

I received tis call at 01.36 this morning.

I had a call this morning at 02.50 not amused as I thought it must be the comand centre calling to advise my business alarm has been activated. grrrrrrrrrrrr something needs to done about this.

2am in the morning normally means something urgent especiall when you have 90yr old parents in poor health . needs sorting

The whole house was woken this morning at 2am by some idiot, the caller hang up when I picked up the phone I not feeling well at the moment and this was the last thing I needed

Received call from this number at 12.30am.  I answered but caller hung up straight away without replying.
Have just lost my wife and can do without this sort of trouble, especially this time of the night.
Unable to trace name of person or business calling. Anyone know who it is so that I can take further action.  Don't refer me to CPS, I don't get any satisfaction for the money I have paid to them.

Call from this number a few minutes ago- silent then rang of- I phoned back hoping to complain to real person,and got a recorded message- I rang off sharpish as wasnt sure if I was paying for the call in some way!!- does anyone yet know who it is, and whether it is a hijacked number??

This was the second night running that we have received this call (15 minutes earlier last night).  I hope it all gets sorted very soon - no longer a joke!

My parents in South Yorkshire received a silent call from this number over the weekend in the early hours of the morning.  Any call during the night is distressing and RESOLVE IT should have solved the problem by now as they have had a week to sort it.  It is not doing my parents well being or their company any good.
