7.40 on Saturday morning call. Tried calling back. Number doesn't exist. Scam

Recorded message, got as far as "internet problem" slammed phone down

Had a call from 01229478110, saying that my internet connection had been compromised. When I asked them for their number and who they were representing they hung up.

Now saying the caller is from Microsoft  and it's the second in as many days  but a different  number. All a con be aware  and tell them to get lost .

Had 6 calls in 2 hours saying that my internet will be  cut off immediately.  Have reported it to my internet provider
As it has been happening all week Just put the phone down & don't bother to pick up now. Last caller was an American woman

Nuisances caller. Had this man before who gets rude and belligerent when challenged. Something about finance.

Recorded message with male voice purporting to be from HMRC saying an arrest warrant had been issued in my name and that I should press "1" to hear more details and stop the warrant. I hung up.

Had a message from 01229 area about foreign credit card transaction.

Hi jady it is barrow in furness Cumbria if you go into google and type in the area code 01229 and press return  it comes back with barrow hope this helps

Caller claimed my account was debited by £600 to overseas. There was 2 options, (1) yes
(2) No. Pressed 2 and called hung up. Obviously a scam call.
