Hi, me and my husband are in the same position as a lot of you. We've been rolled into a 3yr contract and also the direct debit has just gone up from £50pm to £75pm plus vat! Has anybody stopped paying?
We would join others if there was a court case against them

I tried to cancel.  I have offered a 30 day cancellation period although I would accept a compromise to pay to the end of the year.  Their response has been to threaten debt collectors.  I am more than happy to join a joint action.

I have been threatened with court action by them, as I refused to pay for promises that did not materialise. They lied to me, misinformed me and withheld vital information. They sent on me their virtual debt collectors and when it did not work they employed Atradius, a legitimate company. I informed Atradius that they have been reported to Police Action Freud and are being investigated. Recently the company falsified some evidence against me to present it at court if we get there.

We were sold two advertisements, to run in two different doctor's surgeries.

The first did not happen - the screen was not even installed. Months later, still nothing. The other surgery - we received notifications by email that due to technical reasons the advert was not running. No updates that it eventually did run.

We have since taken legal advice about this company who were unable to keep their end of the contract, after months of waiting. We have terminated any further payments and the company now owe us for advertising payments made, but refuse to reimburse despite our solicitor's letters. They merely offer to extend future advertising to make up for their inability to delivery their services.

    Two pieces of advice.

    1. Do not sign with this company. Do not even meet with this company.

    2. If you have entered into an advertising contract, terminate the contract - ideally doing this via a solicitor. Check that your adverts are running as promised, and if they are unable to provide the agreed service have your solicitor document evidence for this and cancel your payments.

It amazes me that a company like this can exist today. Their behaviour is inexcusable.

CNetwork is Multimedia International, UK, Australian and Cayman Island based ( isn't that a tax avoidance country for off shore business?) look at Google reviews for UK and reviews in Oz where they are operating exactly the same scam. Bet this would be a biggy for Trading standards or an investigative journalist to get their teeth into! Get calls from this number frequently but thanks to everything I've read I've been prevented from making any BIG mistakes doing business with this company so thanks to all you guys for the helpful previous posts.

This company is a total con.. they charged me for showing my advert which was not showing in the post office for months, the sales man totally lied to me and said the price he gave me was including Vat it was not, just another lie they tell you the customer service team are crap and are not helpful a tall I have now cancelled in writing be careful they told me an you can send an email to cancel, another lie you have to give them 12 months notice and do it in writing and send it recorded delivery, that is the only time I heard back from them wanting my feed back why I was leaving up to that point they could not give a toss about me as a dissatisfied customer, these people need to train their customer service team on what that actually means, do not think the customer service team can even spell that word, they are not helpful a tall, GOOD ADVICE stay away from them, run a mile it is one big con, I have not had any new business from their advert, as I ask my customers how they heard about me and not one out of 300 customers said it was from them. Been reading up about this company on other forums and all comments are negative none positive that has got to tell you something......

Not Sales but a bloody long running scam - paying for adverts that don't come out and nobody sees. Trust me I've dealt with these [***] before

Of course this an unbiased account eh?
They have scammed us something awful and are now taking court action for payment of over £10,000.
I will be keen to set the defense before a court as my first bit of evidence will be a copy of the agreement which has a false/forged signature on it.
