this number called me and hung up.

then put me on hold straight away, charging me premium rate cost when i called back. very annoying! had atleast 5 calls this week.

im on 3 and im going to report the number

I've just had a call on my landline (it may be a different company to the above as it wasn't my mobile).
Having repeatedly tried to explain that I was registered with the TPS - I asked for his company name which he spelt using the phonetic alphabet to be UKSURVEYS .
Later on he denied this fact.
The conversation started again after I hung up and the guy had the ordacity to ring back, asking me why I hung up! (ridiculously long convo)
I recorded most of the latter call where in the end he threatened me saying "I'd better think twice before reporting" and "I have removed you from our database but I have your number"
20 mins or so this phone call lasted in all - afterwards I called my boyfriend and I ended up crying I was that angry at what had just happened.

Please could anyone tell me whether they have had a phonecall from this company via a landline?

Been receiving calls from this number since yesterday. About 10 calls in all so far. Same as the majority above...answer it hangs up, call back it plays music or call waiting.

My son was recently bamboozled into a new contract with this company who promised him the latest top of the range Nokia handset. He currently has an 18 month contract with 3 which is due to run out quite soon. He could not properly understand the person he was dealing with as they had a strong Asian accent and so finally relented. When the phone arrived a couple of days ago it certainly was not a top of the range phone and my son wants to return it as he has now made a new agreement with 3 directly. The conditions indicate that there is only a 7 day cooling off period and that the phone cannot be returned without prior authorisation from GM connect as it states in the T/C's that if it is returned without this authorisation the phone would be sent straight back to him. He has attempted to obtain this from them but has either been unable to get through or been told that someone would return his call and this has not happened. Any advice would be much appreciated as it looks likely that the cooling off period will run out before any one gets back to him.

I would advice that your son writes to GM connect as opposed to phoning them, they can deny the call(s) ever took place- if you send a letter via special delivery not only will they recieved it the next day but as they have to sign for it too, this is his proof that he attempted to obtain the relevant form within the 7 day cooling off period!!

I'm sure anyone receiving unwanted calls from this company can use the same method to get removed from their call list.

Been getting calls from these guys for the past 3 days. They usually hang up before i take the call. I guess i should check my phone bill wether i am being charged extra. Funny enough i am not T-mobile, i am on 3.

These are a bunch of w***ers I am going to do something to them if they keep on ringing me 30 times a day> maybee ram the phone up their a**s so hard they won't be able to sit down for a month to make the phone calls!

Been getting missed calls from them for at least a couple of months. I don't pick up any calls from unknown numbers. If its important, people will leave a message and I then have the choice of whether or not to call them back. Lately taken to answering the call but ignoring them. Its quite funny to listen to some more sap calling out hello over and over, and wastes their time & money not mine.

this is day two for me and its been the same time of day both times - bang on half 5pm. I too have just up graded my three phone and for the last two months on my last phone would get alot of withheld phone calls!!!

Been getting 2-3 missed calls from them everday for the past week!  Its driving me nuts, but not going to answer.  I think it is because my 3 contract is running out.  Just would like to know how they got my number.

You guys just need to call 08704451606 and select option 2, you'll then be put through a customer service advisor and tell them you want to be removed from their list...I did it and they haven't been calling me since then! They really did piss me off but it's all over now!

These people have rung me twice in two days, and hung up as soon as i answered.

just had a call from this number. I answered but they hung up. I'm actually a 3 customer so these scammers must be trying all networks.

3 calls yesterday with no response when i attempted to answer
1 today. I am on t, mobile and though I am a daft old pensioner I suspected this is a scam so do not intend to answer.
