For a brief moment I had been chosen. Uttering some pleasantries, an unintelligible joke barely audible above the call centre hubbub, he enquired "how are my services?" I responded that my services were fine.

Over time our friendship may have blossomed, yet it was not to be. The line faltered and we gradually drifted apart ...hello ...hello. Now silenced forever, one can only ponder upon that which may have been.

I have had the same problem, but also from the number 01254278016

got a call from the number mentioned on my mobile ... thing is i am with T-Mobile and would love to know how they got my number GRR ... foned them back on hosue number we ex-dir, so they cant trace that number!! and got this odd message saying "we are sorry we missed you today press 1 to speak to one of our representatives or alternatively check our website out at gmconnect.co.uk" so who knows GRR again!!

They are calling me around every 10-15 mins at the moment. I answered the first time to see who it was, and informed them I had ages left on my phone and not to call again!! I've also had 01254278016.
I usually would not be bothered but I am 4 days overdue on my first baby and I don't need so many calls! I need my phone on as everyones ringing to make sure I am ok!!!
This has been going on since monday night!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

This number called me a couple of days ago and then today. I tried to call back but am on pay as you talk and it told me there was not enough funds to connect the call- I checked my balance and there was almost £2 in it, so they must charge an awful lot to call them!

it called me at 17.18 today but I missed the call

they rung me 2 days ago,then again this evening....if i wanted a new phone then i'd go buy 1...dont need these muppets harassing me...the codes from blackburn,but if 1 of these so called tossers wishes to call to my house in person then i would gladly chin the tw*t....

Keep getting calls every other day, and answered without thinking once or twice only to have it go dead on me ....really annoyed and curious what the reason is, worrying to see how many other people have been caught by this number ringing as well! Wish my mobile had a setting that blocks individual numbers instead of all or nothing!

same here. starting to receive calls. reported them to vodafone.

They called and said they were GM Connect and asked whether I was on pay as you go or contract.  I told them it was none of their business and she started telling me that I had been selected for a promotional upgrade blah blah blah.
They are lying - I used to work in this industry and they are chancers.  NEVER EVER do an upgrade through these people!  You will end up with 2 contracts to pay for at the same time and it will be very, very hard to get rid of.

I have been having calls from this number for about a week now. I eventually rung them back and got through to someone and told them I wanted my number removed for their files. Hopefully that will be the end of it.

This number rang me x 2, once yesterday and again today. When I looked the dialling code up it showed as Blackburn. When I tried ringing the number back (curious!) it was just an automated message saying sorry I missed their call, and that I could stay on the line to speak to an agent!!!!!!!!!
I didn't as I guessed it was probably costing me a fortune!

P.S  If you visit this site you can register your phone (mobile or landline) for free to stop nuisance marketing calls!  I've just been on line and registered. If you then continue to get call you can fill in a complaint form. Look out on their website for warnings of bogus phone calls saying they are from Telephone Preference Service and asking for money to complete the registration, this is not true, it's a free service.

caller rang as soon as i answered went silent repeated hello several times still no answer.

I got a call from that number earlier today, at about 6:20pm. Answered, heard some background noise that sounded like the called was in a pub, I said hello and he/she/it hung up.

this number calls several times a day, i mostly don't bother to answer, but if i do there is no response and it is then cut off.

I get called at least twice a day - every. single. day. by this number. Any ideas how to stop it?

Keeps calling don't know how many times.  Phone always on silent so keep missing it.   Never leaves voicemail was starting to think they urgently needed to get hold of me.  How do i get them to stop?!
