    This number called me the other week twice in one day, but was busy, so had two missed calls. Rang it back, and just got an automatic message from "GM Connect" trying to sell me a new phone (NO THANKS!) so I just hung up.

    I have had several calls to my mobile and to my land line from this number during the past three weeks. Same pattern - they call me and when I respond, there is nobody at the other end and the call terminates. Our land line is registered on the telephone preference service in order not to receive unwanted sales calls. Usually these are from India, timed just as I sit down to dinner after a long working day. However, they are rarely from UK numbers.

    This number calls me on a daily basis, I`ve only just opened the account with t-mobile for 4 weeks, so no other company knows my new number?? well they shouldn`t?? I have a habit of not answering calls that i don`t know,,,so i can`t tell you what`s on the other end of the line??
    But it`s annoying....

    my hubby is on 3 mobile ,and gets these calls its pain when they keep hanging up dont know what to do for the best do we report this or just ignore the calls.

    I have had several calls from GM Connect over past few weeks,  I never got around to answering them only rang back to a voice message re:GM Connect Mobile services.
    Anyway I was not going to bother with anything until Sunday just gone, I was awaken on my only day off at 10:18am - this is sure in breach of distant marketing calls for a Sunday before 11am?!?

    Then just had another call from them - I answered and a chap called "Jonathan" talking in a prank voice asked me if I was happy with my T-Mobile service, I was aware he was taking the p*** (people around him laughing at what he was saying) but the point is my number was T-Mobile upto 9month ago so either they have stolen the contact databse from T-Mobile or T-Mobile have sold our details to this annoying company.... food for thought!

    This number started phoning in September 2008 and would ring every day and if i answered they hung up.  This has started again over the last few days, since 01.01.09 and i've not answered it so far.  I'm glad I haven't if the other comments are true.

    They phone my husband about ten times a day for the last 3 weeks.  I have tried to ask t-mobile but they said that they can't do anything - advice anyone??

    I have just contacted t-mobile about this. they said it isnt them asking these people to call and advised me to register my number on the tpsonline.org.uk website which will block sales and marketing calls to my number. you can do this for mobile and home phones. ive just registered so hopefully they will stop now!!

    wow. didn't realize there are sooo many comments about this caller ID. I just got a call from them. They're trying to sell mobiles. I wonder how on earth they get our number?!

    Thank God I didn't give my direct debit details. The guy said he was going to call later. Im not going to pick up, that's for sure!

    Got a phone call at 11:51am. He presumed I have used at least £10 a week for pay to go phone call when I hardly call anyone. I only top up my phone £10 monthly. He's talking rubbish!!! So I said to him 'you sound like PhoneJaker that I've been watched so many time then told him I'm happy with what I choose and I'm too busy to talk because I have to look after my baby. I hung up on him, hahahahahahaha!

    They've been phoning me for about a week now and it's becoming more frequent. I only answered once and never phoned back. I'm on T-Mobile too... think there is a pattern there?

    i have been getting missed calls from a witheld number recently but hang up before i can get to it, several times a day. then today i had a call from this number and googled it and found this. i wonder if they where the ones calling me witheld aswell.

    Just had the above random number phone my phone so answered it and here is the transcript of the call:

    RN (Random Number): Good Afternoon Sir, how are you?
    Me: I am fine thank you
    RN: I am just calling to see how your getting on with your T-Mobile phone
    Me: My T-Mobile Phone?
    RN: Yes, your new T-Mobile phone
    Me: Oh its Rubbish
    RN: really? Why is that?
    Me: Because I am on Orange....

    And at that point I hung up. Unfortunatley they didnt get the message because they called again and again and again....
