Its a predictive dialler. Say there are 50 people in their call centre, they dial, hypothetically, 100 numbers and work on the basis that 50 of them will be answering machine or no answers, Obviously they don't know for sure so sometimes you will answer and there won't be an available agent so you will hear silence. Often if you just wait you wioll get someone. I don't know why I'm getting these calls as I'm registered with TPS. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Hiya,  I just had the same missed call from this number on my 02 phone!! rang it back as didnt know the number - it just rings out... aggh!! -  surely this can be stopped some how!!

But was great to know this isnt an important number for your log on here - thankyou

I had a missed called from this number and when i called back, they answered as Consumer Credit Services?

Yeah had a call from these on 22/1/10. They rang and hung up.  It's making me angry, there must be something we can do about this problem surely.  Any suggestions anyone ??   Ps I am also with O2.

they ring you so you have to ring back so it costs you money, just did it to me!

I am also with o2, but don't have a contract.
