Ok guys and girls i been having same problem with them calling me on my private business mobile number asking for someone who i used to be friends with but recently fell out becuase hed been giving loan companys my private business number and then not paying back the loans resulting in debt collectors harassing me and accuse me of lying when i tried expliaing i was not the man they looking for.

Now the company thats calling you all is a company operating on behalf of horizon finance. Now i contacted their customer service department (08432 160 160) and spoke to a lovely young girl, who sounded very nice i might add. so nice infact that i just really couldnt be nasty to her, so was very friendly with her (yeah ok maybe little to friendly but you got to try havent you lol). Anyway she was very helpful and apologised for all the calls. i give her all the details such as the number they had been calling me on and the name and address of my former friend who had been giving out my number (W@nker) along with his number.

so there you are guys and girls just call stacy but remember i was there first lol

I feel like a right mug. Don't answer this number 0161246200!!! I did apply for a loan and was told by these people it had been successful. Phone this other number 09064001800. DON'T!! It costs £1.50 per minute and then you have to go through all the crap of sending phone bills off to refund the amount. It's a scam. Been reading up and not seen one person who has had a successful loan off them. Few people get their money back for the calls, but don't go there. You'll get no loan off them, and who knows whether the cheque will bounce for the calls?

keep ringing and no message checked the number on google and found this so i dont answer it they also follow the call with a withheld number a few minutes later ;/ sick of nuisance calls atm :(

Even if you listen to the pitch and tell them your not interested they still call you back a day later asking if you applyied for a loan!!!!

This company has been driving me mental for the last 2 weeks.  I went to Corfu for 2 weeks on 7th September, only got back MOnday night and was flooded with calls from 01612460200 and an 'unknown' number literally every half hour!  It would have cost both of us 18ppm if I answered and trust me I was tempted just to say get a life im in corfu but I didnt.

I knew it would be a loan company as I was also receiving texts offering me loan of a whole £500 (wow I hear you say) but I havent applied for any loans since end of May and I sorted my loan out then with my bank.

I have visited the site listed in these answers and I cant find where it says opt out of any calls etc.

i have been getting this number calling me as well and it is very irritating when they do not leave a message on the answer machine or voicemail

these people keep calling me and don't answer when i pick up. They call at lease twice per day and for weeks now. how can i make them stop calling me

this number has called me twice today, but i only got this number yesterday and have only given it out to 2 people so i dont know where they got my number from or why they are calling me

had 7 calls today i applied for a loan months ago and get theses calls all the time, dont fall for it they are scamming people!

I have had a call from this number just after I had a call from 0161 9682010 think they use different numbers to try and trick you but as I dont even know the area code 0161 I think they are stupid and bloody annoying.  Even when you answer they seem to hang up arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

They called me to answer it and they said hello to me and it cut off I know it's a Manchester number typical Manc grrrrrrr

been called by this number at least 15 times per day for the past few days. Dont know anyone in Manchester so don't bother answering it. Hopefully they will get the message I do not want to talk to them

they kept calling me so i rang the number they told me to and went through questions about the loan. theysaid they had several lenders for me and some  got in touch bt i didnt want to go thru wiv it in the end. i got my refund tho!just sent my bill to em.

They're been bombarding his phone with text messages too and he doesn't even want a loan

This company is called 'Cash Finance Direct', who are an independant loans company. They say you have applied for a loan and that you have been accepted for the loan but interest rate is higher but will spread payments over a longer period for you to make re-payments affordable. i asked if they require any money from me and they said no all we need is your card details to transfer the money onto. Funny when i took out a loan before all the company needed was bank sort code and account number, not my full debit card details. i asked for their address and all they gave me was 'Freepost CFC' thats it!!!! as a WARNING do not take out loans with this company,if you require to take out a loan contact your bank!!!!

they call me about 8 times a day i don't answer

Have anything between 5 and 10 calls a day
cant answer my mobile at work so missed calls just build up
