HOW DO I STOP YOU CALLING ME?

We are a finance broker, and it is highly likely that we have obtained your details from a web site you may have visited in regards to an enquiry made in relation to finance.

If this is not the case, or you simply wish to be removed from any future promotional activity then we apologise for the inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of our contact.

There are three ways to remove your details from our promotional activities, all of which could take up to 36 hours to activate, the choices are:

Calling our automated telephone service by dialling 0161 246 0200, select option 1, and leave your personal details, please speak clearly and spell any unusual names, most importantly, please ensure that you provide the telephone number we attempted to contact you on and your personal details will be suppressed from any further promotional activities.  

Or

By visiting our web site http://horizonfinance.co.uk/remove.aspx and submitting your details electronically, again, this will result in your personal details being suppressed from any further promotional activities.  
 
Or

By sending a request via email to customerservices@horizonfinance.co.uk asking to have your details removed, please ensure that you provide us with your full name, address including postcode, and most importantly the telephone number we tried to contact you on. If you would like to receive a reply from us to confirm we have received your request, please ensure that you ask us to do this within your email. Once we have received your personal details, we will endeavour to remove your details within 36 hours from our system.

We apologise for any inconvenience our contact may have caused and assure you that we will act on your request with a matter of urgency to ensure no further contact is initiated in the future.

i have been getting calls from this number and when i answer it there is no one there then they hang up then 10 mins later they call bk again it has been goin on all day and it is doing my head in now

It doesn't matter if they haven't asked for a broker fee as soon as you give them your bank details it will come out automatic from your account in a few hours

Yes, these twa*s have been continually ping-ponging between my mobile and my landline.  Goodness knows how they got the numbers as I haven't applied for any credit for about 6-7 years!!

Think I'll just tell them to p*ss off!

maybe somebody should enlist them in a cranck call package - see how they like it!!

Cash Finance Direct does not charge any of our clients a fee for making a loan enquiry, the only cost to our customers is through the use of our Premium Rate phone lines.

easy to stop it, just let them ring, when you answer, let them go into their little speal and you seem interested, answer all their questions but make something up, exagerate etc, then at end before they finalise everything you say to them "can you start this next month as im currently in prison for serious fraud and dont get out till next week, that would stop them ever calling again

if when you ring their phone number someone answred then you could  scower the web for every website that has a call back request form on it and enter their details so that they ger flooded with calls from all thses companies and also request car brochures and sales brochures from every website and company you can find and have them sent to thier headoffices and also to the home of the chairman and all the directors..just goto www.companieshouse.gov.uk that is an offical uk government website and use the web check service as by uk law all ltd companies have to be registered and the details of the directors etc logged. it will cost you £1 per report you wana buy , so should cost you about £3 to find out the names and address of the directors.

add to that every pizza delivery sent to their head offices within a 20 mile radius and im sure you can think of many other things as well,

Same here,  every few hours at home with baby and on mobile,  never applied to them either,  when call back to cancel no one ever answers but suppose that is a good thing!

These are a bunch of criminals. Cash Finance Direct are Horizon Finance Floor 7 Dale House Tiviot Dale Stockport SK1 1TA. These are the same crooks. They claim they can get loans. All you have to do is ring a number cost £30. It's a scam. They was prosecuted £50,000 for ripping of the consumers using the name Cash Finance Direct. It was based at Floor 7 Dale House. They changed it to Horizon Finance. There still at there old criminal activities using company names that not in operation. They used loads different numbers to confuse consumers in to thinking there different companies where there all the same criminals. Get in there Stockport Police & arrest the crooks. I registered with CPR Global. They say they will take action if the call continue after I had registered with CPR. I now have registered a few hours later I receive more calls from these criminals from 08445766235. It's now time to contact CPR Global to stop these crooks making all these calls. It is illegal as I am registered with CPR.

BEWARE: The Call Prevention Agency is a bit like TAPA, they simply provide a paid service that the TPS provide for free. No trace of their company address etc on their site, but they are easy enough to find. They are also in Liquidation, so don't touch with a barge-pole!

I've just had a call from this number they are a financial help company that try to help you find solutions to any financial problems they select numbers from a database that have had credit issues in the past or present or have applied for loans. It is just a sales call if you ring them back it goes to a voice message and if you press 1 at the tone then leave your name and number they say they will not call again. I've tried this so ill wait and see if I get another call.
