have received 4 calls today from 01612460200. Did not answer as I was busy. After googling the numbered I'm glad I didn't answer, but... Where and how did they get my number from???

They are a company called Horizon Finance and they offer loans...they were calling me many times EVERY day...follow the link below and put your name and phone number in and it is supposed to remove you from their telephone and mailing list. Unfortunately it just takes one missed ticked box somewhere when you apply for sign up for something else and then you get to a stage that borders on harrassment.

Tried the link above to remove myself but kept getting error message. So it seems this must be a con to. They give you an 0845 number. Not called it they ain't gettin me to pay for thier calls IDIOTS

just got called by this number 01612460200 its a scam  ive barred them by BT choose to refuse stops the hassle. watch out for 01268297660 thats another one claiming to be Santander Collection Department wanting your credit details and then they clean you out, Contacted Abbey direct and they don't know who the number are as they wont cold call people, police are dealing with this now.

it is a loan crap. ive changed my number 4 times now and they start ringing my new number withing days its ugr loans or somthing

Hi, have had same problem since last Friday. Been calling 6/7 times a day but can't answer as i'm at work. They call once on the 0161 number, i hang up then they call again but the number's witheld!! Do they think we're stupid??!! Hope it stops soon guys xx

Another financial company.  They contact people who've applied for loans via the internet.  Usually go through your details and then tell you they have good news, you have been accepted in principal for the loan you wanted.  Then they pass you to another department who tries to sell you financial advice that you didn't ask for in the first place.  The loan offer appears to be totally bogus and is just a way to encourage you to stay on the phone.

I have just had a call from this number as well. I think they must have an automatic dialer and if there is no operator free when you pick up it just handgs up

Did anyone go ahead with the loan and did anybody have to pay a fee??
Only this number told me I was accepted for a loan and they took £55 from me and told me I should have the loan within a few working days and I should receive paperwork in the post, nearly been a week since payment was taken and I haven't received a thing, I'm a single 20 year old mum in desperate need of a loan and if they are a con how am I to go about getting my money back??

they phoned me and said they had good news about a loan i had applied for,when i said i hadnt applied for any loan they asked if i had applied on internet,i said no again then they hung up the phone,WHY are companies allowed to harass people like this,i cant remember their name.
