Just received my first call from this number - a silent one. Looking at other comments here, it sounds like it's the start of a long relationship. If you're registered with TPS, report Tameside Insulation to ICO, the government department which oversees the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act. I've done it before and it's worked.

Same here. Phone rang and no-one there at first so did not reply when he decided to speak to me.

call a few time a day, had my phone unplugged for 2 weeks, turned it back on within a hour had a call off them already had 3 calls today. Always ask for the same guy who i dont know...so annoying

This number just rang me asking for a mr walters?? who is mr walters i said and they hung up

3 silent calls from them today 07/08/12 - can't recall having them before.

Considering previous messages, I'll report it to the police for harassment and will give the police the link to this page (https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/01613372280) I'd suggest others do the same with their local police (police phone no.: 101 in the uk) but I'll be e-mailing a report to the police.

Sadly, police didn't seem interested. If anyone else tries and gets a Crime Number from the police, please post it here along with the name of the police force it was reported to.

The police will not be interested in this type of thing.  This is a civil matter unless these people actually take money from you.  The only thing you can do is report silent calls to OFCOM.  If you are registered with TPS you can report calls where you actually speak to someone.  If you get a recorded messag call this can be reported to the ICO.  The main problem ids that people do not report these calls to the various authorities and unless we do report they do not know.  The best thing to do is to also go to the e-petition to ban cold calls on the Government website and add your name.

I want to know who r they why they called me

Any company which has to resort to telesales to sell a product must be trying to sell a pretty rubbish product or service, If its a good product or a good service which is being offered, that company will be so busy answering their own phones that they won't have to pester potential customers by resorting to cold calling, Whenever I get one of these calls, that is just what I tell em!, I then advise them to start seeking other employment, because these sort of firms are here today, gone tomorrow & by the way do you need a new bathroom, I'm a plumber..........new boiler.........new taps.........shower?

Had a load of missed calls a while ago, they got through once but seemed not too interested after I told them to speak to my landlord - the council.  Calls have just started again

had a call from 01613372280, no message left, did search and found other people had same call.

This number has called me about six times today. There is no answer when I pick up the phone, I am so fed up with unwanted calls!

We use a false name in the directory so we know immediately it is a duff call.
If you get too many rubbish calls please try BT choose to refuse, it really it good.

They have phoned me 4 times in the last few hours.  The first time I answered it and they called me Wilkinson.  I just put the phone down.  Since then, and is it just to get me back? they have phoned
3 times and its silent on the other end.   How do they expect to get business being so crass?

Just called and asked for a member of my household by name. I said that she's not here at the moment, and before I got a chance to ask who was calling and if I could take a message, the caller  said, "ok then, bye" and hung up! Very rude. We are reistered with TPS so it's illegal for them to cold call us. For this reason I assumed it was an important, legitimate call and wasted my time looking up the number to find out who it was. Grr.

I tried calling the complaints department of this telemarketer but they keep putting the phone down on me, so no hope there!
