Report a phone call from 01616213160 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Nan replies to GuestI am sorry to rain on your parade but:
1. It is the responsibility of the company making the calls to check for TPS registrstion. This is obvious because people can have registered between the lists being bought and the calls being made.
2. The TPS does cover voice calls to mobiles but not texts. I suggest you read their website properly.
One more point is that this website is to report unsolicited, unknown and scam calls. People do not come on here out of the blue to praise a company unless they are part of it and hope to fool people into believing it is a good company. - Victim of zebra| 2 repliesI recently signed up for help off this company after finding out they are a waste of time after making my first payment of 400 pounds by debit card I then found out they were keeping that payment and the next one before helping me. I then cancelled and changed card. 2 months later a standing order was set up by them with a forged signature and 400 pound was taken from my bank by standing order. I urge anyone who reads this to not give out any details as they will get you to digitally sign an agreement then use your signature to authorise any thing they like. I went to my bank who advised me the standing order form was set up twice and had I had 800 in that account it would have taken both payments. When I called them they refused me a refund just like the first time When I changed my mind and asked for a refund resulting in me cancelling my card thinking that they could not get anything then. They emailed me back after a heated phone conversation on my part advising me they have my ip address and email as evidence I signed a standing order form myself.

- Shaggy1 replies to Victim of zebra| 1 replyHi Victim of zebra
You may have signed up to this company for help, but you did not sign a standing order form, and this does not give them the right to forge your signature nor do they have the right to set up a standing order on your account.
This is fraud report it to the Police and Action Fraud. - Victim of zebra replies to Shaggy1Im gettin all the info I can and taking it into a solicitors. I have a email now advising me I signed 1 standing order form yet he goes onto say they sent 2 different dated ones to the bank. Am I right in thinking that this is enough evidence to prove they commited fraud at least once? I kinda think they believe they have the right to sign and submit any documents they like when ever they please. And worst of all they did it because they could not contact me.
- nikithis number called me and no one said anything. who is it and what do they do?
- Caller: dont know
- SukdeepThis company is a big fraud, only 1 out of 10 peoples creditors get pai. Whoever is a customer join the cccs, they will do the exact same thing but for free. Bit of a no brainer. Thats CCCS

- Craig replies to pbThey offer Debt Management Programmes and PPI Reclaims. They get all details from data branches. This data is a collection of people who have been declined for consolidation loans and/or payday loans. If you have been declined for these theres a good chance you will be in debt. There is NO WAY ON EARTH that a company like this can get your details without YOU leaving them on a loan website. They cannot guess your number, name and address and get them all magically correct. If you ask politely they will take you off the database. But don't take them for fools, they KNOW you have debts, so if you are saying your adament that you dont have any debts, they will know you are lying but will take you off the Database all the same.
As with all companies, some customers are happy with their service and some aren't. At least they didnt get fined £290 million pounds like one high profile bank we know about *coughcoughBARCLAYScoughcough*
Please also remember that people who work there are just doing their job and dont need grief giving by clients who are sick of phone calls. Just ask to be taken off the database and you will be.
If you literally dont have any debts, its an honest mistake, but unlikely.
They are also one of the cheapest Debt Management companies in the industry and also offer IVAs and Bankruptcy options - S.Bastable replies to forthepeople| 1 replys.bastable@oft.gsi.gov.uk, feel free and I will answer any questions. If you do send me an email, I will reply with my personal Mobile Number so we can talk about this company on a personal level.
Please don't call me a liar I do NOT appreciate it.
The reason why we have not investigated this company is because they actually provide the service they offer.
I look forward to hearing from you - Graham replies to HarryProbably because like the fake oft employee earlier in the thread you are also an employee paid to post favourable reviews of scam artists. These people are the financial equivalent of a door knocker offering to Tarmac your drive. Best place for genuine advice is citizens advice.
- PATI have never spoken to any one of the staff at Zebra, but they have somehow taken £150 from my account, on the 30/08/2012. I received a text which I ignored, just got my bank statement today 03/09/2012, and now I get no response, but I refuse to give up. I just want to know what service they provide other than costing working class people late fees.

- Nan replies to S.BastableI doubt the person will e-mail you as it is 14 months since his post. However, perhaps, as you are obviously searchi8ng this site, you would answer my points regarding TPS screening and TPS registration for mobile 'phones. Along with the person who originally posted I, too, am appalled at the poor grammar and sentence construction as well as the aggressive manner of your post. It is not something I would expect of an employee of the OFT.
- Cathy replies to Harry| 1 replyI am with them aswell as i got a call from them. They have helped me pay my debts at an affordable rate and my creditors are no longer hassling me, the phone calls and letters from them have stopped. I found the advisor from Zebra management very helpful and would recommend them to anyone in debt. Only down side to them is they charge you a small fee, but sure it's a nothing compared to what i was paying my creditors just in interest and my debts are getting paid as i checked with my creditor's. - Abbie Monaghan replies to CathyFINALLY!! Some light on all of this, there was another man who also shared the same kind of story as you. Harry I think a few month ago.
I worked for Zebra.
They have a PPI call centre, in which they take details, check to see if you have been missold any PPI. The next department will then send a sarn to the financial company... I'm not too familiar with the whole process BUT they get you your money back. It's no win no fee. And they take the fee frrom you ONLY when you have the money, they send you your cheque, you bank it... And then the only way Zebra can get that money is if you send them the 10% or 20% (forgotten what amount it was, I think 20%). Anyway, on many occassions Zebra had been ripped off, they had gone through the reasonably lengthy process of claiming back missold PPI for their customers, and as soon as they got the money, the customers went off radar with all their money Zebra worked so hard at claiming back and refused a minor fee. SO... THAT MEANS PEOPLE LIKE MY SISTER HAVE GONE TO WORK DONE THEIR JOBS AND DON'T GET PAID FOR IT. Ridiculous, rude, bad mannered, and disrespectful. A 20% on a couple of grand in most cases. Disgusting. It was actually herd a woman had 30,000 claimed back for her. She didn't pay the fee. Disgusting.
ANYWAY - I worked for the Debt management department, and it was my job to only look after customers we had took on - clients that had already been contacting and agreed a payment plan etc. My job was to chase payments for e.g.
Gemma agreed a payment plan of 20.00 a month.
She has missed payment, we then get her creditors calling up, not happy AT ALL. Confused as to why they haven't received a little fee they have been so flexible to agree on. This job contained a lot of negotiation and was very stressful, but I can PROMISE you, it isn't a scam. We had customers that had been with us years, months and weeks.
I suggest you stop being so narrow minded, go and check out the company yourself,
17-19 Mumps Oldham, Lancashire OL1 1TZ
0800 007 6700
Take a tour!!
Have a look at the legalities...
Before jumping to conclusions... OH AND LASTLY... When you get a call from them, and they hang up.
I'll tell you what that may be... I worked on the dialer, cold calling, to see if I can help anyone with PPI. But the abuse I used to get was untrue, was told to die of cancer, and find a proper job etc so I used to try and judge people by their voices when they answered, and if they sounded unapproachable then I'd hang up...
Yeah unprofessional I know, cold calling isn't for all of us, especially when the ungrateful public are so malicious and sick. WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS DOING A JOB. Whether you think it's 'dodgy' or not.
I don't think I've managed to change everyones opinions, some people will remain narrow minded, but I've spoke as an insider, I wouldn't lie, I didn't necessarily enjoy working for some of the stuck up b*stards. Therefore, why would I lie.
Peaceeeeeeeeeeeeee out - mI've had 5 calls from this number in 2 days. They keep asking for a Jack Pilbeam and yes I've checked spelling with them. They say that this man has applied for a loan giving my contact number. During the last call I asked for this persons address in case it was mine and even though it was in same town it wasn't my address fortunately. Then after some chit chat I got to check the mobile number they had recorded, that wasn't mine either thankfully. They say they have taken my number off their system by putting a load of zero's in place of my contact number but I'm not holding my breath we'll wait an see if they call again.
I'm reporting them to trading standards as well to see if they can help in anyway.
Think its just a scam to get u on phone an as for earlier comment that they don't ring again if you say person not there or your not interested yeah right why 5 calls then.- Caller: Zebra money management
- HoneyI have used zebra money management for some time they've been amazing I now sleep a decent nights sleep I will soon be 100% debt free and yes they do take management fee but it stops my creditors hassling me and they managed to freeze intrest and charges which would have been more than the fee anyway! I would personally recommend them to anyone struggling with debt as I did my research and they beat the price and set up of most companies!

- AnnoyedZebra Money Management called me a few days ago and tried to offer me their services. I told them I am happy with my current DMP and not interested. They tried to get me to share my information and I said I will not do this with a stranger over the phone. His tone turned rude and he put the phone down. Then Mr. Happy called again today, I recognised his voice. He tried
To address me as a friend and asked how my DMP is going. I said it is fine thank you and I told you and your company before not to call me. Then once again his attitude changed and he disconnected the call. I make this promise call me one more time and I'll be very rude to him. I won't threat ill just give them the same attitude and personal/interfering questions they give me. Also they keep calling me from 0161 652 8220.- Caller: Zebra Money Management
