The calling company IS responsible for screening the numbers against TPS lists, failure to do so can result in massive fines from Ofcom and the Information Commissioners Office.

Mobile numbers CAN and ARE allowed on the TPS register and always have been.

You are correct it IS against the law, report them to the Office of Fair Trading and mark your letter/email "CCA Worthiness".

This may even be in breach of the Information Commissioners Office rules for data management as they have discussed your financial situation with an unauthorised 3rd party.

As a previous employee i can say that zebra money management is not a company that con people or ring people continuously. The reason you have made this statement is probably because you have debt yourself.
