Another of those fake insurance claim companies. Very disrespectful person on the end of the phone.

Once again, another number trying to get me to make a claim from over 3 years ago, I have had nearly 8 different numbers call me now the list keeps getting passed around, what happened to Data Protection Act, my insurance company must have sold my number on, this is illegal but they deny it. GOVERNMENT IT ABOUT TIME YOU STEPPED IN AND STOPPED THESE CON ARTISTS.

Just had a call today from this outfit, SD CLAIMS LTD  very abrupt and telling me the call was recorded, so I asked who it was and what they wanted, she went into the official sounding scripted pitch of its an Insurance Accident Claims company, and asked me to confirm my first name, so I said is this a marketing call she then side stepped by again asking me to verify my first name. So I then said why are you being evasive I dont want to answer your questions and NO I AM NOT DOING THIS.  I then put the phone down

Seems to me that they have a list of accident claims that they have bought and trying to get the compo for you minus theyre whopping commission of 35% which the PPI companies are doing

Just had a call from these people, informing me the phone call is being recorded and then asking me a bunch of questions about an accident I had four and a half years ago.

The chap would not tell me what they wanted just kept asking me if i'd had accidents other than the one they had on record.  He kept saying they wanted to close out the report on their systems and I had to give them information in order to do this.

I refused to give any information but he just kept going and pushing, said he was calling on behalf of Samuel Brookes, whoever they are!!!

Horrid man. horrid call, I have asked them to take me off their list, lets see what happens!

called several times today, refuse to answer non-local numbers or withheld numbers anymore its getting to b a right pain as i use this number for my business, its about time someone did something.
By the way it was Admiral who sold my details on and if you read the small print are allowed to when you agree to buy there insurance.

I have also had numerous calls from them for my partner, but i told them they wouldnt get him on my number and he will call back if he wanted to. I have had another 2 calls a day after this.

I have tried to find Samuel Brookes online to contact them direct to there office, but i've had no Luck. i have now got a free number blocker on my phone and i have done this.

I had numerous calls from Ambulance chasers for a accident I was in many months ago and this number has been calling me and when I answer no says anything, you can hear back ground noise of a office. These crooks should be locked up

Just had another call off these A$$$%$% no one spoke, it seems they put phone numbers on a auto dial system when they get no joy for a made up claim for them. I also got a call 30 mins before had off another company Advice Line UK < these A$$^&^&* have been doing the same thing and have been abusive on the phone after I asked for there telephone number that doesn't show on caller ID, Manchester based I bet they are connected

These jokers phone me several times a day about car accident I supposedly had last year. They must have got my details from CompareTheMarket.com or Confused.com when I got a car insurance quote. Despite asking them to take my name off their database they still keep phoning me. They hang up when I ask to speak to a supervisor. They claim to be from Samuel Brooks. Idiots!

Just got a call from this no saying Samuel Brooks, sorry no one here to take your call right now. Checked my allowance and realised I just paid for that call, they called me! So don't pick up when you see their no.

i contacted the insurance web sites and told them they said we dont pass any details on
i got a hard to understand englisg person wanting to offer me car insurance and the first thing they ask is confirm details like date of birth they just want to get more info out of u as possible.
i only talk to trusted compaines who i have made contact with.
Your all right the law needs to help us from these people disturbing us and even trying to steal from us.

No of calls to my wife must be more than 2 dozen by now.........and I've had more than 1/2 dozen, despite not having an accident in over 30 years !

What a fooking joke this number is 5 times a day they call me asking for miss ambiguish Patel??? Total jokers I have asked to be removed from their database so I don't receive any more calls but they either just put the phone down and call me straight back!!! Compare the market are a scumbags that sell on your details to cowboys like Samuel Brooke's.
If anybody has the address of their office could you post it on here as I will pay them a visit as they're annoying c@"ts.

had a call from this number today said they were calling on behalf of samuel brookes insurance ,about an accident i had over a year ago. told them in know uncertain terms that i was fed up with these numerous call s from these companies and if i had any more i would take it further to get them stopped. she said it wouldn't have been us yesterday as we have only got this number today
i think that tells me they are frequently changing numbers
