I called my network provider to block theses numbers and texts but they are unable to and say if your phone model can block them then do so.
Now they ring me a few times then hang up or don't talk when i answer. They think i will ring them back , never !
Mobile networks need to help more!

Like others I am continually being harrassed by this ( & other companies !!) & it really is a disgrace. Car insurance keeps rising because of these leeches trying to get consumers to make 'false' claims so that they can claim a hefty commission which comes at the expense of all drivers. These companies should be closed down by law & the insurance companies & their associates need to banned (again by law) from divulging customers private details to these disgusting money-chasing morons. Our phone number is ex-directory so is only given out where neccessary but it has obviously been passed on to umpteen definately unwanted 'claim chasers'......DISGRACEFUL !!!!!!!!! I'm really.. really.. really fed up with them.

Tried a new tactic today when after five calls on both mobile and landline I actually answered one and got the usual "do you remember your accident etc" line.

Asked for "your full company trading name and Ministry of Justice registration number so I can include all info on my TPS unsolicited calls to a registered number report"!

Guess what after a pause and the line "I'll just ask my manager..." the line went dead!!
A result maybe?

I like the good old days when things that were private wer kept private.
These days people want to know what colour knickers i wear.

I have had 12 calls fromW4 this crowd, I tell them a pack of rubbish, because that is what THEY are.

Just took a call from Samuel Brooks about an accident I had in 2011 which was my fault and they indicated that I could still possibly claim, I told them I thought what they did was almost criminal and they shouldn't call me again.  The rather rude gentleman told me "I don't take abusive calls" and hung up,  I called the number back and asked to speak with a Manager and demanded my details were removed from there database.  Samuel Brooks based in Manchester is an appalling organisation
