I received a call and the minute I answered it went dead.  No message was left but what surprised me was that when I returned the call there was a continuous call.  Can anyone tell me who they where?

Had several calls from this number. Is it their call centre trying to increase their KPI's ? The are so target orientated coz if they really wanted to contact me they have my full postal address if it was that urget and they could'nt get me on the phone??!!

I got a call this morning while I was driving into work so I put on "busy" and ignored the call.  Still awaiting for them to call me back and only then will I know who or what they wanted etc.

I received 2 missed calls from this number..tried callin gthem back but the number was dead..
where would they get my number from? why are they calling for??

Yes Internal Audit receive all manner of calls when anyone phones 0161 770 4084 having seen Andy's suggestion..  Unfortunately, unless you know who from the council has actually phoned you I would suggest just waiting until they call you back.  If you do know who has called you but not their direct line number, you need to phone 0161 770 3000 for the switchboard.  Hope this helps.

i got a missed call at 5 to 8 this morning from this number. Want to know what they wanted at such a silly hour of the morning my son doesn't even wake me up that early. I live in grimsby does anyone know a number i could ring to speak to someone around here?

Ive just got a call from 01617700000 and it was my health advisor. sounds like this number is used by lots of different oldham organisations.

It's Oldham Council, they just rung me asking if I was happy how my complaint was handled.

Iv Just had a call from this Number,- 01617700000, wasnt sure who it was as I came on here they rang me back, My son has gone on an ITC course with his school, it was the place in Oldham where the course is run asking me if I was still meeting the minibus at the drop of time still.

got called today ....couldnt reach the phone in time, no message left.  Tried ringing back but number not recognised.  Whats the point if no message is going to be left if the phone is not answered? ..prob another stupid call centre type all stations call asking if i want to up my credit limit...or the Council as some have suggested trying to boost their call ratings...pathetic....
