He gave the company name as HSL then said sorry for disturbing me and burst out laughing. Then hung up.

they called my house phone but did not leave a message. Sounded like there was kids in the back ground

had a phone call saying they were HSL. They didnt know my name and then asked my postcode. When I asked how I can validate their credentials I got the response "I don't know what that means". So I rephrased it as how do I knwo who you say you are, the response "I don;t know, I only started two weeks ago"!

They have phoned me twice today both times asking to speak to the home owner, the first time they apologised and said they had the wrong number when I asked who they were, second time I said who the hell is this that keeps phoning me and the girl on the other end just laughed and put the phone down on me, its ridiculous

they laughed at me too, its stupid, but they didn't give me a company name

They called. Said they were doing a survey. Asked how he got my number and he hung up.!

Called our house number twice in a week.Once,pretending to do a survey on the recession which turned into a mortgage inquiry. Second time it was a pre-recorded so-called survey which, of course. we hung up on.

Male asked to speak to the house owner.

This number has called several times when I answered they hung up, the other times I have left it to ring but no message left. It's getting annoying now!

Theyve phoned me 3 times today in the space of an hour!!

omg, i have just had a call from this number; it went from me asking them to remove my number from their system please, to getting called a tramp, a slag and a dolite.. shows they dont know who they are calling otherwise they would know i had a job, live in a nice area and am very happy with my family and 2 children. I would be interested if anybody could tell me how to contact this company as i can't seem to find a number to contact them on, i am ready to make a big complaint. Anybody from HSL nosing on here.. go and get a proper job ay!!! :-)
I think this whole page of complaints is from the same individual and this is his extension number.. obviously a poor representative for this company!!

sign up to the telephone preference service and the call prevention registry online.. free, and this should limit the calls :-)

Telephoned at 20.09 and didn't realise they had got through to the answer machine - 2 minute abusive message left where the male kept swearing.

This number called my house number about 8pm. Didn't get to it in time to answer it.

Called many times now.

Ask for owner,got the name wrong,then abusive.
Complete wasters.

Keep ringing even 8.30am on a sunday,sounds like a call from childrens playground ,then they ask to speak to homeowner,I hang up and they ring back.The record so far is 8 times between 2pm and 6.30pm .I am part of  the telephone preference service but this doesn't stop them.

they just keep on ringing without leaving a message,and when i try to ring back i get the engaged tone

01619287700 Someone called me to speak to the home owner saying they are doing a quick survey on the recession. They asked me was i thinking of moving house, have i change mortgage in the last 12 months who my mortgage was with & how much was outstanding, i didnt tell them. They keep phoning me every night. I have asked for them to take my number off their records & not to phone again. the  lad said if i tell him my details that is the only way that he can take it off. i dont think so he must think im daft. WHAT A WAY TO EARN A LIVING.
