Like your goodself I haven't taken on the lease yet but I did answer.  I asked where they got my number from.  They couldn't answer me because that information came from a different department.  How come they know that I am taking on a lease when even I don't know!!!

Repeated calls 7 times today. Didn't answer checked web, came across this thread and walla...scammers. I've only just signed the paperwork on my office!

Woman asked me to confirm we'd just taken over the premises at a certain date (which was incorrect) and that we were on residential and not business rates.  She needed to put us onto a lower rate gas/electricity tariff - saving up to 40%.  She asked me to give her a current reading!  Very pushy.  I refused.  She said she'd call back in 2 minutes - I asked why I needed to speak with her again and she was flustered.  Said she needed to get my approval to put us onto new tariff.   I said it wasn't convenient to speak.  She said she'd call back .....   Have blocked the number after reading details on this forum.

Bollocks!!! I feel sick. I've just bought a hair salon and today had a phone call. They asked to speak to me and said they were goin to sort me cheap elec out. They asked who supplied the elec at the moment and then managed to get me a cheaper supplier. Because I am a stupid cow I gave them my sort code and account number and was told I wud get all paperwork in the post. How stupid of me. I've spoken to my bank nothing has been set up as a direct debit and if any money does come out of my business account I will be given a refund. I cud slap myself for been so thick :-(

I have received calls from this number and it is starting to become very annoying. I am not interested in their spurious business proposal.

Recently started getting calls from this company, they ring persistently and despite me pointing out that im registered with tps the calls keep coming. Unsolicited energy provider calls.

We are constantly receiving calls at work from people who claim to be able to save us loads of money on our energy bills, but we always tell them to contact the people from whom we rent the premises (though we don't give them a number).  We waste such a lot of time everyday answering ridiculous calls.

This is an electricity scam number, they're very persistent.

I am absolutely sick to death of these calls that claim they can save you money on your energy bills. It's just an invasion of privacy and registering with the TPS does no good whatsoever.

If I want to save money on my energy bills I will do it myself! If you see this number flash up on your phone - just ignore it and hope they will go away.

Inspired are a total scam, they phone me up to 20 times in one day and when I answer they say they want to take over my electricity supply?? Currently trying to get their number blocked from my phone as it is ridiculous how many times they phone.

Bunch of con artists - just ignore them.

I also have been called by this company more than 10 times in the last week and this is just so bothersome. Stay away from these fellows.

I think it's ridiculous that they can keep pestering you. If it's any conciliation, other people have had problems too...

Inspired are always bugging me with calls. This is a great inconvenience, as my job often requires me to take calls from home.

01772674300 is the number that keeps calling me in my home phone... they say they are from inspired energy ltd.. and keeps telling about new  offers and schemes..  it seems  like they are really dodgy people... dont want to do anything with them..

it is already tiring me because they still call and call to me and asking me to call back about the electricity, so i now just ignore the calls far to persistant

Inspire are a complete scam! Frustrating that we still have to put up with this.
