So, an elderly lady who trusted these rats shouldn't have a 'phone?  I hope no-one ever scams your grandmother as, with family like you, you would say it was her own fault.  Still, you probably tell your gran what you do for a living and how proud you are of scamming the elderly.

Called me today, left it for the answer machine to kick in, though of course they did not leave a message, at least they be will charged them for the call.

If they claim to be working under Ministry of Justice guidlines then a complaint to the MoJ is in order.

Called no answer, but open line with background noise.

Got a cold call from this number asking for me but I was suspicious and said I could not hear so they hung up.

Quite polite lady, said she was from Swansea, but I couldn't understand the name of the firm.  She was asking why I hadn't made a claim for something, so I just told her it was a con and hung up.  I'm not usually rude, but these cold callers infuriate me, especially as I've been on the Telephone Preference Service for years!

I do the same. If someone has something to say - Leave a message. Not this annoying 'Beeeeep'! This lot have tried to contact me on several occasions, the latest being 3.10pm today.

got called by a PPI claims agent,
I asked here where she got my work number from, she said her  database and then went into 20 yrs of financial products,
I tol her hit sis tps regisetered to which she said okay whatever!

This number keeps calling me, so i answered it on friday wanting to know why and a welsh guy called thomas said he could help me claim back ppi and wanted to know about my mortgage, credit cards and any loans i have. I told him it was a bad time to call as i was busy and looked up the phone number online to find that it was indeed a dodgy caller as i thought it was!!

Just called me but only said hello I told them to stop calling me as I am tips registered and have paid to h ave these calls stopped

Rang today my new phone only registered that the number called although we were in, I do not ring any of the numbers my phone only registers

I don't get it! They tell me I have some PPI to claim even though I have never paid any in my life! ...apparently lots of people don't realise they can claim even if they haven't paid any! I'm baffled ( and annoyed that my peaceful afternoon is disturbed!)

Just had a call from a fellow with a Welsh accent said he was ringing from the Refund Department in Swansea and when I asked "what do you want" he said it was about the refund I could get on the loan I had taken out - I just said "get lost" hung up and reported him.  Fed up with this type of calll - TPS is useless we are registered with them.
