I've just had this number call me and I am not waiting for a delivery from John Lewis. They didn't leave a message either so I don't know whether to phone back or not.

I deliberately missed a call from this number because I did not recognise it. When I called it back from my landline (which is ex-directory) I received the message "the caller hung up".

I'm giving an update on my last message. The number turned out to be Victoria Plumb, via John Lewis (though I don't know what the connection is as Victoria Plumb is an online bathrooms company) So it's John Lewis' phone system but in my case they were handling delivery from another company (perhaps they own it?)

This number was the Victoria Plumb delivery line ringing to tell that the bathroom fixtures that I'd ordered were ready to be sent out to me........However, they didin't bother to leave a message saying who they were

I have just had my 4th call from this number, very persistent too!... they called on the hour twice Friday evening and again at 9am Saturday morning followed by one just now at 10ish.  They do not leave a message and I am not calling back.  I too have nothing on order from John Lewis or Victoria Plumb.  Just another very annoying and irritating nuisance caller, do these people not have anything better to do with their time?

I just missed this call, they didn't leave a message and when I tried to ring back it goes to nothing, or rather: 'sorry, there is a fault'.

I _am_ expecting a JL delivery so I guess this could be them.

I have just had 2 x calles from this number and did not pick up as I did not recognise it, however I am expecting a delivery from John Lewis so after reading this guessed it must be them.  I did try calling back but there is no ring dial... maybe they should start leaving a message and try to avoid all this confusion and being mistaken for nusiance calls (if thats who is trying to contact me!!)

Yep - they've rung me three times today. Not ordered anything from John Lewis or Victoria Plumb - They havent left a message either and hangs up when I try to return the call. I'm having a B&Q kitchen fitted - maybe its related to that.

No - it wasn't B&Q. After being reassured it was a legit number, I picked up - it was a delivery company working on behalf of Dunelm Mills for a table i'm having delivered. Very annoying that you can't ring them back.

If you get a call from these people and are expecting a delivery, even if it's not from John Lewis, then you can call them back on 01902604010, which is the call centre that arranges delivery of goods from a variety of compnanies, primarily John Lewis.  Crazy system!!

Thanks for posting the alternative number. I needed to change my delivery and rang back on the caller ID number - no joy. I have just called on the 01902 604010 and changed my delivery for this Friday. Means I get my bed for the weekend. Fab! They also delivery for Bedroom World too....

Have Homebase item on order, could this be them?  No message on answerphone, can they not speak!!!  Can do better guys; staff trained like this are what's wrong with this Country!

They just called me on a TV im getting delivered on behalf of Amazon. Fully Legit.

Had a phone call this morning that I didn't get to in time. Expecting a delivery from TDA Appliance Bargains.   But this website has been fantastic, so I guess I'll wait until they call back. thanks everyone

This is so anoying. I received 7 x calls from this number. After finding this website I rang this 01902 604010 back to find out the company wants to schedule a date with me to deliver somthing to the Dunelm Mill store.

They are not very bright but this is also a very weird system that they use.
