Just got a missed call on my mobile from this number - earlier posts suggest it is John Lewis Delivery number but i have not ordered from John Lewis

Had 5 'missed calls' on my mobile yesterday, all from this number. Phoning back doesn't work - it hangs up instantly. Glad I looked on this site as I was assuming it was either some dodgy sales person trying to get me or, more worryingly, it could some relative trying to get through with bad news. Anyway, I'll call the alternative number today (thanks whoever that was). Pity they are too thick to leave a message.

Also had a call from this number, am expecting a delivery from homebase. I actually got to speak to someone, this website is fantastic. Thank you for the alternative number: 01902 604010, Excellent!

I'm expecting a delivery from warehouse deals uk, part of Amazon, and getting missed calls from this number. Hopefully I'll manage to get to the phone in time for their next call. Thanks everyone for all the info on this page.

I got same as many others - the call is from Nightfreight.  You can locate your delivery from them with your postcode at www.nightfreight.co.uk/track/ and the 01902604010 works fine

Received a call from this number and they confirmed they were delivering for Amazon

I had a missed call from this number 45 minutes ago, I just tried calling back but it just rung and rung with no answer.

I have ordered something from Toys 'R' Us so it must be about my delivery as I just checked my emails and had an email from them saying that my item has been dispatched.
When I placed my order, I was told that I would ba called to give an exact date of delivery.

I had recieved some missed calls from this number in the evening between 1800 and 1900 hours so i assumed it was dodgy sales call. Obviously I didn't answer it. When i rang back it just keeps ringing out with no answer.

I rang the alternative number above 01902 604010 which was an automated line for nightfrieght in west mids. I spoke with someone on this line and they asked for my postcode. They checked the system and it was a delivery for some fitness equipment i had ordered from sweatband.com.

Delivery slot and date was then arranged. So 01902 604055 is a legit number for delivery company nightfrieght. they ring to book a delivery time for large items to save going back and forth.

Hey - it's a courier company that deals with loads of different companies. You can check the status of your delivery on this website. http://www.nightfreight.co.uk/track/ hopefully my bed will be here by lunch time. Fingers crossed.

I received a few calls from this number too and i phoned the number of the call centre given on previous messages.  I am expecting a delivery from AMAZON and on this occassion the number relates to deliver2home, who were working on behalf of Night Freight.  They do phone at the most ungodly hour though.....

In regard to the 'un godly hour' at which we call we are open 8 til 8.30 pm to contact customers to arrange deliveries as obviously many of our customers are at work during office hours. So sorry for any inconvieniance but I am sure you would all be even more annoyed if you were not contacted at all!
The reason that when you call this number you cannot get through is beacause it is an out bound phone line only so call 01902 604010.

Have just had a call from this company to arrange a dunelm delivery I have found them to be very helpfull actually!

I have just heard my mother speaking with a agent in this organisation, never have I heard somebody so rude in all of my life. My mother is 65 years old and this man called Jaimie was so abrupt and said clearly at the end of the call "Jill I just had an old scotish bag on the line" DISGUSTING!! If I ever meet this man I will box his ears, and I have already called John Lewis to complain, as not only was this young man rude and aggressive but obviously racist too, shame on John Lewis for dealing with such a company!

I recieved a call from this company saying they had lost my sofa.I was told it would be with me by friday and took a day off work to wait in,only to be told they had lost the sofa.The woman on the telephone was not helpful at all very abrupt in fact.I had given my old sofa to the charity shop so now my family and i have nothing to sit on.The company needs to train their staff in customer services.I will be advising the company who use this delivery firm that they just dont care.The fact that i have lost money for taking time off and having my family watch tv on the floor and not knowing when my furniture will come is disgusting

Hi. I was sent an email to say that my parcel would be delivered between 12.00 & 19.00 today the 30.04.13, we altered our day to stay in but no parcels, they will be large parcels. I have tried to track this order but when I put my postcode in it just says that I will have to try the day before delivery is due !!!!  What should I do ?
