got a call from this number. not sure whether I have stitched myself up by giving info

Call from 02036276510 , silence no one spoke

The caller asked for someone who doesn't live at my address, then had the cheek to hang up when I told them this.

Hi Colin..... I got a call from that number a week ago.  The guy said he was from Cancer Research and thanked me for my donation.  I was half way through saying that I don't give money over the phone when he interjected saying 'Don't worry I'm not going to ask you for your bank details'.  I said I was sorry it was an awkward time and that I couldn't speak so he said he would call me back.  I've never been asked and have never disclosed my phone number to any charity.  I've had another 2 calls from this number this week which I have no intention of answering.  I have the number in my phone as 'Don't answer CR' so that I don't answer by mistake. I came across this site while trying to locate the area code of 02036 and while scrolling down I recognised the number as the same one you've been getting. By the evidence on this site it's companies touting for business of one sort or another. I am now going to call barr this number if they don't get fed up and give up soon.  I thought this might be of interest to you and anyone else being plagued especially at this time of year.

Got a call from 02036975738 which was clearly from an automated system, so I put the phone down.  Since I am ex directory and registered with the TPS why are they calling?  Why doesn't someone do something about stopping such calls?

02036087338 keep getting calls from this number...sick of PPI calls...or that I'm owed money for the accident I never knew I had...so if I don't recognise the number I don't answer...no message left on our answer phone so most likely a cold caller...wish they'd all do one!!!

02036300502 called me today, no one there when I answered. Tried calling back, number was "not connectable".

Calls every day sometimes 2 & 3 times from 020366300273. Bloody nuisance!
I call back & it just rings out

Have had a 4 calls so far from this number 02036420786 on my mobile, does not give me a chance to answer the call before ringing off.  I have no wish to receive these calls and find them unsettling, but always delete them.

02036750028 from someone calling himself Dan Morgan. This is some kind of hoax.Be aware. When challenged he said this is a terrible line I will call back in a minute.

Stop calling I am not buying anything over the phone.

Got a call from 02036 913500 today.  We get cold calls all the time and our solution is, to let the phone ring until the answer phone cuts in.  If it is someone we know, they will leave a message or if we do the 1471 ring back, we recognise the phone number. Likewise if it is an important call from anyone else, they too will leave a message.  If it is a cold call, they will hopefully get fed up by us not answering the phone every time they ring, whatever time of day or evening.

I have had 3 missed calls from this number now I tried ringing back but it just goes dead. I haven't got a voicemail because I can't be bothered with picking up voice messages so people usually just send me a text I am sure this must be a cold caller. Don't know hoe they got my number I always tick the box which says don't share my info with 3 rd parties

Caller from 02036689970 saying from breakthrough breast cancer. Is this legit?

Almost all the posts on here are from different 0203 numbers.  Have you tried putting  in the whole number to see what comes up?  You could also check with Breakthrough Breast Cancer, if you want, to see if they are running a campaign.

I have had 4 calls from this code. I have missed them all but know that anyone who knows me will have my home number so now feel less keen to answer the call.

02036 551235 said they were from Financial Planning. Refused to discuss matters with them so they hung up.

hgot a call today saying they were putting sola panels in for £100 and the govement are paying the rest not sure if that true

Had a call twice today from 02036759000 asking for two different names but with my surname after them.... Not sure who it is and don't care really, how do I block the number and stop them calling?
