I got a call from  this  number  0203650329 today and  don't. Know who it is

I've had 4 calls today from 02036953232.  They don't leave a message and you can't return the call.  I'm going to bar the call on my mobile.
Only this week I reported a persistent caller.
It puts you off answering the phone.

They keep on calling, you say no then hang up. Blasted nuisance.

I meant that THEY hang up. They just don't get the idea that I am not interested.

I have getting calls from 0203 630 0313/4 for a couple of weeks now.  Generally they appear to be from "London", but the most recent one was "Meriden CT".

received a call to my mobile from 02036 349910, as soon as I answered it was cut off.  No clue what it was about and I very rarely give out my mobile number to anyone other than family and friends. I recently gave this number to Monarch Airlines when booking a flight.  I received a voice mail message from someone else about life insurance today as well.  I never get these type of calls, this is the first time ever since I bought my phone 9 months ago.

Have just been reading all these comments about these numbers and the number that called you is the same one that I received a call off today but didn't answer....I am the same as you and don't give my number out and can only think it's when I have bought something or made a booking online....so flipping annoying so much for data protection  eh?

I've been receiving these silent hang up calls  from this number for months now,despite being registered.Irritating enough but the call frequency has increased to three or four a day at any time of day or night.I do NOT appreciate my phone ringing at 3am with no one on the other end and I don't see why I should have to disconnect in order to get a night's sleep.These are nuisance calls which I'm sure is a criminal offence.

Was getting repeated calls from 2 or 3 numbers. Asking for a name my wife said lives at this address (think she said she was the cleaner and the owner was out).

Was getting 2/3 calls a day every day that were asking to answer 3 questions for a survey. They would not cease what ever you say.

Anyway cut a long story short, replaced our phone with a BT8500 phone that as a Guardian feature.
Absolutely marvellous. I suspect other brands are available that do the same thing. Only select this particular model as it was on a good offer at Maplin and could hold 200 numbers. Was not really looking for a call blocker. But as was getting so many of these calls, well made didn't it to use the feature.

Any I have blocked the specific calls to get routed to a message indicting their call will not be taken. Could not be easier to select block.
You can also direct to answer phone or caller's announcement message, for them to indicate who they are and you then decided whether you want to tack the call.
I only use the blocker, and reference this thread thinking of setting to block all calls prefixed 02036 and 04402036 as it sounds as though this will catch the majority of new ones.

Any idea if I have likely to miss any genuine calls?

02036349914 called me on my mobile over the past three days, but when I answered hung up. Finally I called back (stupid I know but thought it might have been from a holiday company having recently booked a vacation) and found that it was the usual accident injury claim, from what sounded like a foreign voice. I have asked them to remove my number from their system, hopefully this works!!

Not for first time...from02036 349842...Asian voice using usual 'straight-from-script' aggressive style.  " not sales call just quick survey....in your for two years ....etc"  had name/address right.  Claimed to be from Better Business Bureau improving services locally. Got very cross when challenged and hung-up.

I have caller ID and l receive at least 3 calls everyday from this code with slight change to number, sometimes 5 calls...l dont answer them but a pain to get so many..EVERY DAY!

had three calls now from 02036300318 and they know my name and address. As soon as I asked why they are ringing they hang up. Very annoying!

When I get a call from this number nobody speaks then they hang up. Don't know who its from or company its from.

Every number starting with 02035 are just dodgy people... i have had them call my mobile phone 3 times with these numbers but i don't answer anything that's not in my phone book, i suggest to everyone to STOP picking up for numbers that's not in your phone... who do you think it could possibly be? work? you know your works number already so why think it might be? just end your phone ringing as soon as they start, these companies phone with all kinds of numbers to get you to pick up,  08 numbers, 01, 078, 077... that's all the other ones i've got so far that they start with, they are the EXACT same people, i just know it... i don't know who they are but they are creepy and somebody needs to stop them calling...

When i answered once they did the same to me... apparently it's just a recording that you hear in the back, everyone hears the same thing, talking then laughing in the background then the phone is put down or it's just put down and you hear nothing, my mum has heard it too, i just don't know why they run this... but it's weird definitely, just don't answer anything you don't know. I've read from some people that the odd number charge your phone credit just for picking up, don't know how they do it... but they do.
