If you want to know more about this scam try contacting Action Fraud via their website.  That way, you will know that what you are being told is the truth.  There are people who come on this forum saying wonderful things about companies and those posts are fake.  If you look back through the pages of posts about this company you will see lots marked "Busted", which means the Moderators have found them to be fake.

Yes I think Mario is one of those fake posters and brokers.

If you want to know how to find these kind of sales people check Zest recruitment they place brokers in these carbon,land and dodgy IPO companies. They supply staff to all these kind of companies and then when one company goes bust they move the brokers straight in to another one. the owners of Zest get paid to place them and move them around!
