No 1 Gems Ltd is a scam. I hope nobody falls for their tricks or propaganda. Diamonds are worthless lumps of carbon, only given a value because De Beers have conned the entire world into thinking they are valuable. Diamonds are not rare, either, and you can never sell a diamond for more than what you bought it for...I mean, imagine trying to outdo De Beers at their own immoral game! Now we all know why diamonds are forever! And diamonds were not a girl's best friend until the 1920s when De Beers engaged a marketing company to open the market to the proles- your love is now worth nothing unless you seal it with a diamond. Talk about a cruel world!

Hello, and thanks for the reply. Glad you've researched them following the cold-call they've most certainly given you. These discussion pages were amongst the top results yielded by Google until about a fortnight ago, because the scam artists at No 1 Gems Ltd Precious Stones Scam Coloured Diamond Scam realised a few people from the public are digging up the dirt and so are probably now paying Google to yield every single webpage from their website to dilute the search results and flush away any negative publicity they are (rightfully) getting.

Baiting is usually a good way at laughing at con artists. Pretend you're interested when really you're not and see how often they pester you with the same old dross.

Then there's the Insolvency Service- they have the power to wind up a company if it's in the interests of the general public. On one of these forums, somebody mentioned they had parted with £80,000 for two diamonds worth only £2,000 (of course we all know that the true value of diamonds is a huge hoax generated by corporate money-makers). Now if the scam victim above wants to sell those diamonds on, s/he would be lucky to get even half of that price.

I enjoy being realistic and helping the public avoid making a catastrophic error of judgement through not giving a single penny to it and thereby exposing this rogue entity for what it is or, as you may choose to dumb it down as being, 'feedback/comments'.

The fact that part of your job involves trolling websites like this one and spreading disinformation highlights the cowardly nature of No 1 Gems Ltd and the cowardice of its directors (assuming you are a real person and not a pseudo created by them). 'Head of Admin'. Wow, very swanky job there, Adam- are you in charge of a team or something? How many little elves do you have to look after? Just had a look at your Linkedin profile. Nice to see you are interested in new career opportunities. Is the tide turning and are you finally trying to find your way into a more honest job? It's not very hard, Lee. Try out a recruitment agency or the Job Centre website.

I cannot be bothered speaking to you directly. You have a lot to hide and it is in the public interest to expose it on here. One person has already spoken of £80,000 going down the drain, which says a lot.

No 1 Gems Ltd has 'scam' written all over it. It has filed no returns, was established less than a year ago and is off the FSA radar. The small print is saved until the end, on the back page of its nonsensical copy-paste propaganda brochure (nothing of use, just a load of drivel including how this and that diamond have been sold for X million- the truth is all diamonds are worthless but for the artificial value the likes of De Beers and corporations, which depend on African slavery, attribute to them in order to exist), right at the bottom in tiny writing. It effectively equates to 'this is not the type of scheme the FSA regulate [so we're taking advantage of that fact- if you fall for us and blow money on something worthless, then tough- the FSA won't care either], all investments are uncertain [we've bigged this up as being an amazing opportunity, but if you don't anything in return then tough luck again, your fault not ours] and we expect you to have done your own research [we bombard you with information to make it sound brilliant and amazing, as it's in our interests to do so in order to make money and carve out our sordid existences, but this is your last warning: what we say might not necessarily, i.e. is NOT, be true].

But none of the above stops the cold-calling and nuisance ringing-up of the clowns on the telephones at No 1 Gems Ltd.

The caller stated that he had sent me information, which he hadn't. I just rung off. I wish I knew where they get my number from (ex Directory!)

You should play along with them and watch their glee turn to bitterness, venom, anger and disappointment when, after you get bored of laughing at them (who in turn have been misguidedly laughing at you) and telling them you're 'no longer interested'. Great fun awaits the cold-calling clowns working for the unscrupulous failures that are Adam James Leach and Adam Michael Simmons.

If you are prepared to recieve complaints and requests to stop making marketing approaches, why do you return mail sent to your Registered Office: 1st Floor, Woodberry Grove, North Finchley, London???

I sent letter to No1 Gems Ltd at above address and was not accepted in February 2012 after call from 02071830545 which I ignored and checked No later.  I get a call today from 02070999482 again ignored and No checked after.

Perhaps you can advise everyone how to actually get you to remove our details and stop making marketing calls.

No 1 Gems Ltd website has' mysteriously' vanished from the internet.

However, do not be completely fooled, for Adam Michael Simmons and Adam James Leach have...drumroll...cymbal crash!

STARTED ANOTHER 'DIAMOND INVESTMENT' COMPANY! Yes that's right, a company identical to No 1 Gems Ltd has been set up, with a registered address, or rather: maildrop, at THIRD FLOOR, 207 REGENT STREET, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, W1B 3HH. The same place as No 1 Gems Ltd.

It's called 'Pinnacle Diamonds Ltd'
