this number keeps ringing me 7-8 times a day

Dont answer or call back!! It could be a con where as soon as the phone is answered, they take money off you, same if you call them back too!!! After downloading that app (as mentioned above) i have had no more phone calls!! Was getting around 10 phone calls every day!

I dont answer calls where I dont know the number, If its important they will leave a message and I can call back.
I always check unknown numbers on this site so I can get a rough idea of who is trying to get hold of me.

If you do answer such calls I suggest answering your phone by saying "Suffolk Police" or whichever county you are in - that may deter them calling you again!

020 7345 1299 this number keeps calling me. Luckily I never talk to anyone with an Indian accent on the phone as I can never understand them.

I've been getting several phone calls a day off this number ad everytime I answer they hang up. How can I make it stop?

I'm not sure what the problem is.

It’s a follow up call from an online competition you entered to win an iPad or iPhone. They do the draws all the time (whether or not anyone wins this one, I don't know). It says when you register for it that they will call you to confirm your details that you supply on the competition entry form.
I entered the draw while doing one of those online surveys to win a holiday I think - "Something else you can win" links at the end.

For those that think you can't win anything from these survey; you can, you just won’t for 95% of the ones you enter. The stuff you get is normally promotional stuff given away for market research - for the most part anyway.

They do ask you if you want to join a lottery syndicate to which I said no thanks and that was that.

FYI: you don't need to provide bank details - or at least I didn't, but then I didn't join the syndicate.

It was all relatively painless, and they stopped calling after I spoke to them.

Call cost: Thought i'd mention there's no call cost to answering the call - I always register for these things with a pay as you go which i leave about £1 credit on so i don't get caught out by those.

020 is just the london area code. its not a premium number. Feel free to Google it.

they keep calling my mobile asking for a Matthew Clay - I keep telling them that this is my work phone which I have had for 5 years but they keep calling Grrrr!

These people rang me yesterday in which i said agreed and said yes, feel so stupid now and they obviously caught me at a vunerable time, went straight to the bank to cancel this debit but was unable to as they have not tried to take any money out yet, the bank cant cancel this debit because ive not actually made a direct debit with them and untill the company try to take any money out which leaves me on my toes until they do. There is a good lesson to b learnt and ive definitely learnt it

This company called me today, I NEVER answer calls from numbers that I don't know. Sounds like a scam to me..................... Please don't give out any personal details if you have entered a competition as they say and have won a prize they would have your details.

getting 2 calls a day from this crowd,, all i hear is a busy kind of office environment then they hang up..... no idea wat they want or how they goy my details.

Had a few calls then they left a voicemail it's a gentleman with a very strong Irish accent it sounds like he says "o your to scared to answer your phone " that it? So yeah I'm not answering it gonna get that app x

They phoned me hung up, so I tried them and they didn't answer. So gonna ignore it mow, cheers for the help x

The app I mentioned above works very well and I have had no more calls but yesterday I recieved an email from them telling me I have won something and all I need to do is give my address and bank details so they can take £1 for me to recieve my "gift" which is worth over £56!! I dont think so!! Clearly a scam!!!

They called me and said 'Hi you enetered a competition to win £10,000 an iphone and a mini cooper' to which I replied 'No I didn't', the woman at the end of the phone insisted I did, so I told her to stick it. It's a dangerous scam. Be careful.

If you dont recognise the number then dont answer. I've blocked this number from phoning through so they'l get sick before i do.

Just rang 5 times asking for my young daughter told them she was a minor and if they called again I would find a way of reporting them. Got a sorry and a goodbye

Same old story.  They called yesterday and hung up.  Called again today claiming to be from DTD European Services to speak to my husband, insisting he'd entered a competition.  Yada yada. Please no one fall for this nonsense.
