This number actually originates from the website: http://lucky-day-uk.com/pages/UK/mbkair/produ ... ter-520&c=33270

Enter a FALSE email, and the very next page lists the prizes, wich includes the car, £10,000 and Ipad etc!!! I got the original link in a spam email!!!

They have been calling me 3 or 4 times a week for the last month.  I started by not answering (I never do if I don't recognise the callers number).  Now I take the call but leave the phone on the chair beside me.  I don't get any hassle because I don't engage them in conversation and THEY PAY FOR THE CALL.  I have done this 5 times now (including today) and they KEEP calling and paying.  How stupid are they???  :-D

I have had this number ringing me for a few days and as I'm a nightshift worker it was annoying me so finally answered. A woman told me that I had a chance of winning an ipad and that I was being put into a draw after a competition that I entered! Then she explained about the £44 a month lottery syndicate and when I said I wasn't interested she said 'oh ok,fair enough' and slammed the phone down on me! If they ring again I won't be so polite! Hope they don't succeed in conning poor vulnerable people out of their hard earned cash!!

Also receiving 9 calls an hour today yet to answer but surely they are scamming for lotto profits if we keep them talking on the phone or make them wait someone is paying for the cost of their call so less profit for them aggravating annoying scamming bast***s

I had a call on my mobile from this number this morning but didn't get a chance to answer it.  Decided to look it up here as I was suspicious.  Pleased I did because they rang again at lunchtime.  It was a female (foreign accent, of course) and said she was calling from what sounded like BTB European Services (could have been VTV).  I asked he what she wanted - guess what, I'd entered a competition to win an ipad, did I remember.  I laughed, and said "no" to which the response was "oh it was probably a while ago".  I challenged the caller (female with foreign accent) and told her that I'd been looking at her telephone number on the internet and there were a lot of complaints about it, scam calls, etc.  She had the nerve to ask if people had left their names and phone numbers, then asked if I believed everything I read on the internet to which I replied that, in this instance, yes.  It obviously hit a nerve as the next thing was "Thank you, goodbye".  Why don't these people just get a life.

I had a call from this number they told me i'd won an iphone, then went on about £10,000 & the lottery syndicate, it'd be free for 3 months, then £44 a month. I'd receive an email & a welcome pack. I refused to give bank details,i said if its free you dont need bank details, but then she was really rude & said they need bank details to sign me up,so i gave her bank details of an account with no money in lol. Wait for it ...... no email ....... surprise surprise !!!!

Had 58 ... Yes 58 miss calls over 4 days!! Finally managed to answer as they called out of work hours, and told me I ha entered a competition! I are use you I did not! I only had my mobile contract for 1day as my start up business phone so how they got my number I do not know! Told them to take me off the system and they told me they could not do that. They asked over an over again if I had entered a competition and over and over i told them it was a new mobile number . They finally said they will take me off the system but I should call the police for someone using my mobile number to enter competition.. I said no the only reason I will call the police is if you call me again! Angry yes but after that many missed calls on a new business phone I was rather annoyed!!

I've had 18 calls from this number over the past 2 days and not answered yet. I've just registered to the telephone preference service upon recommendation of friends who have done the same:

(Copied this from their site to help explain the service) http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/index.html

The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a free service. It is the official central opt out register on which you can record your preference not to receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls. It is a legal requirement that all organisations (including charities, voluntary organisations and political parties) do not make such calls to numbers registered on the TPS unless they have your consent to do so.

If they call again say you are registered with the TPS, which I've been told scares off some of these companies. Fingers crossed it could work, definitely worth a try.

They have called me 9 times this afternoon (as in within the last 6 hours)...I had 4x voicemails with no message, and have tried calling back but it rang for a second and then went dead.

I don't know who it is that is calling, or where they have got my number from.

Same story, just received a call from a very blunt woman saying I'd won an ipad. When I said I hadn't entered any such competition she quickly replied that 'it was a few months back and it had slipped my mind'. I told her she had made a mistake and hung up. They've called back 4 times in half an hour- prompted me to look it up. More scammmm.
