Just answered a call from this number on my mobile. Heavey breathing for 4 seconds and then they rang off.

I've had these calls for ages.  Absolute pain in the backside.  Mobile and home number.

i just got a strange call from that number too, a lady spok and asked who was speakin, she knw ma name and wen i verified it she hung up

are any of you in debt coz i think it might be for that as ive since got in debt and now have them calling me

I rang My Childs customer service number and they said it was probably from them.

I'm not in debt though.

these calls are coming as often as eight times a bloody day and im gonna wring the gits neck but if you wanna get hold of them call this number 0845 259 1418 see what [***] answers the phone now then cos i dont feel sorry for the poor sod whos gonna recieve my answer phone message on monday morning!!!

Who are they and how do they get our numbers?

have been calling for a couple of weeks, but I keep missing the call to try and find out who it is, reading the above comments, its beyond a joke now.

Received a call from this number. I was asked various information about my children, which i refused to answer. The caller mentioned my wife by here first name, trying to give me the impression that they more or less knew each other. She mentioned the web site www.mychild.co.uk. When asked how she got my number (as it isnt listed, its ex directory) she failed to answer, then when i started to ask the questions she hung up.Do not give these people you personal information, something stinks about these individuals.

They have rung me twice today, once they put the phone down on my partner when he said I wasn't in. The second time he answered and while he was giving me the phone ( after they asked for me personally by my first name) they hung up again. Hope they are not a fradulent company trying to get personnal information.

so glad i found this page, started getting these calls thisweek, few seconds of call centre chatter then phone hung up and obv pressed 1471 to get number not recognised. following the above notes have just called mychild and made a formal complaint about their outbound number breaching oftel guidelines and disallowing any more calls to my house
suggest everyone else do this too - altho it's 0845 so it's up to you if you want to pay the silly phone charge!
