- cunla52| 1 replyGot a call from this number, saying they were "AUDAX" claiming to be an "Investment Company", they'd heard I was serious investor (HA HA), using firts names when I have never had any contact with them, now that's what I find most impolite and told them thanks but thanks but no thanks.
- Caller: Audax
- Call type: Telemarketer

http://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/scams/investment-scams/carbon-credit-trading - investor replies to AUDAX| 3 repliesThe above is true it is also active under the same address as Audax Finance Ltd, Audax Corporate Trading, ACC consultancy Ltd. They have been in business for 9 months, yet give the impression they are a fast growing world investment business.
They are promoting various investments in energy trading and will pester through cold calling. They promote the upside without mentioning any of the risks. They have a website (audaxenergytrading.com) and operate through Palmetto Investments which appears to be a legitimate investment company in the USA but according to Companies House in the UK it is a fledgling company (08445844) founded in March 2013, again, no accounts filed and no line of business displayed. It also does not have any contact information recorded at Companies House.
The Trading address is America House, 2 America Square, London EC3N 2LU. Again I think this is a virtual office. Again this has a director who is also director of a number of other companies registered at the same address.
Palmetto’s website (www.palmetto.com) is not much help, but they are registered with the FCA (their FRN number is 600916). Under ‘Basic Details’ there is hardly anything, apart from some contact details.
Palmetto act as a holding custodian for CERs for Clearview Partnership .They are mentioned under REDD- Monitor, a site which lists a series of posts outlining carbon credit investment scams. - anon replies to investor| 2 repliesAndrew Charles Clark recently director of this company

Now deleted, just needed updating
At least your looking at these posts - InvestorThey also call the company Audax Carbon Trading on their website, Obviously the site is in another incarnation.
- Investor replies to deleted post| 1 replyNot sure if the guy I spoke to was 19, the name is the same though.
- Investor replies to InvestorAccording to LinkedIn he is now a consultant at Aston Carter but was with Audax Energy Trading. He has worked with Credit Suisse, Barclays, RBS, HSBC, Man and Aviva. Quite a lot of experience at just 19.
- Ian Bullard| 8 repliesI have invested with MrAndrew Clark on four occassions and his services and product has been quality.
- Investor replies to Ian Bullard| 7 repliesWhat products have you invested in Ian & how much money have you made?
- ian bullard replies to Investor| 6 repliesI first met Andy in 2009 at a bloomberg energy conference Finsbury Sq office. Andrew has a sound knowledge across energy markets and the 3year energy fund he hooked me up with back then paid me an average 6% p/a and I recieved my initial layout back on contract date. I did loose out on a few quid with a batch of CERs I bought 2/3 years ago from Andy. I have worked within the energy sector for 18yrs now myself if I didnt purchase of Clarke I would have bought elsewhere as I certainly seen value in the price in 2012.
If your to have a look at Audax as a company and the current proudcts its trading via these FCA regulated firms, I have firm belief that Mr Andrew Clarke has serious interest in doing things in correct fashion. One of the largest marketing companys in Europe backs his brokerage and I hope them all the best in the future.
Ian Bullard - anon replies to ian bullard| 2 repliesSorry for Jumping in Investor.
Ian your grammar has improved from your last post you come across as a different person, even managed to spell Andrews surname correctly.
Which Fca regulated firms are you talking about ? - ian replies to anon| 1 replyI cant see what all the fuss is about. Andrews number and address is on the website. Rather than hide behind a computer screen give him a call and arrange a meeting and discuss this further. I can guarantee the address provided is correct as I spent three hours there on Thursday 21st of October. Not that I need to answer to you guys but yous seem so interested, I specialize in energy transportation for POYRY UK and as mentioned before im going into my 19th year. I hope 2014 goes well gentlemen.
Good luck - anon replies to ianIan, no need for a meeting 'yous' answered my doubt's.
