Caller asking for ' Mary' and then hung up

Many many from this number today

Seems to be a bunch of crooks acquiring personal details illegally and pedalling dodgy investments

Persistant calls (more than 45 so far and about 2 to 3 times per day) about carbon market trading. The company is not registered with the FSA.

Called today ... not clear if this was his name or "Albert Homes", claimed we had contacted "them" "around November time", untrue. I said so, he rang off without apologising. There is a company of this name on the web "ethical investments", not the same number but still an 0203 number, dont know if the same company or someone using their name, in any case we don't deal with investment companies and the idea that someone would ring back after 4 months is a classic ... cold calls very unwelcome, whoever they are.

Received three calls from this number within three hours today.  On average get about 5-6 calls per month. When pick up receiver there is no one there.  Have not called the number I am not willing to waste money by ringing a long distance call during peak hours

I recommend you DO NOT respond to this call, either by call-return or when they call, just say NO Thanks and hang up, but do report the number to your provider and/or the police.

These people are acting against the Trade Descriptions Act and must be stopped

This company called today about carbon credits about which I know quite a lot. When i drip fed some of this into the converstaion - I had nothing better to do than waste his time - he was clearly uneasy but by dint of mentioning a possible five figure investment sum I retained his attention!!! He has e mailed me a bland and totally uninformative brochure and promissed to call back, when I will string him alonmg again, unless he reads this in which case he will not call. Oh the delights of being retired. He is clearly as stupid as he thinks I am greedy as I mentioned that I am looking for a 21-26% return on my capital. If only........

I am currently having  calls once a week and recieving brochures from this Albert Holmes regarding carbon trading. It feels like they are trying to groom me so as I part with my hard earned savings. I have thrown into the conversation I was retired and only had savings,much being in stocks and share ISA's this was received with much enthusiasm, and told how I could convert carbon units currently at £4 into £6 or even £9 in a couple of years, much better than my ISA could do. I have also been invited to visit them just to see how well it is all run.
I will continue to talk to my new best friend to see it through, or I get board, as you say the delights of being retired. Carbon trading may be the future, but not with my money.

STEVE SHELLY IS A SCAM ARTIST,ALBERT HOLMES IS CARRYING OUT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
He has now been reported to the Serious Fraud Office.He also has been ripping off employees.

Steve Shelly has been ripping off OAP'S out of their life savings with false promises for years.

He is due in court again at the end of the month.

STAY AWAY from STEVE SHELLEY, he stole thousands of punds of my husbands money. He lied to him about investments and used his money without asking. He offered to give him gifts and holidays to try and make him invest. He fell for it and now we are struggling finacially and he is no where to be seen. HOW DOES HE GET AWAY WITH IT.

Albert Holmes Limited in 3 years of operation did not recieve one complaint from any of its 150+ dealing customers & were the cheapest dealer in CERs to our knowledge supplying at its lowest point of between 0.65-0.75p per unit. We also offered a zero spread/zero commission service to existing customers when trading EUAs. We have proof that customers have made money from buy/sell of EUAs using the above offer.

Comments made from both 'Blower', 'kp7' & 'gg66' are of a defamatory nature. The posts have been reported to the board for removal.

In adddition, the last comment made is completly false. Mr Shelley has never stolen from any customer, He has never lied about the potential of an investment, has never used a customers money without asking & has never offered customers gifts/holidays to induce an investment. Every customer of Albert Holmes Limited were explained the risks of the type of investment offered & never invested to the point where the customer was left 'struggling financially' The company undertook checks to ensure that no customer ever borrowed to make an investment or in turn exposed themselevs over and above what they were prepared to risk.

To the above individuals making these misleading and defamatory claims, The company & Mr Shelley will take legal action against you if you feel it necessary to continue with your claims.
