- ConstatineI went for an interview today and i was very apprehensive as I received a phonecall back from the company literally 3 minutes after sending in the application form. In this time I was told their manager had taken out the time to read my cv and was very impressed (I found this quick reply very hard to believe).
I turned up to the interview anyway and you filled out an application forms in their reception where you could hear the receptionists recruiting even more potential employees; explaining it is a tele sales job. In the 20 minutes I sat in their I kid you not each receptionist must have rang at least 12 people between them, which got me thinking, for such a small company they are interviewing way too many people for the size of the firm.
I went in for my 15 minute interview where he couldn't actually give me a straight answer to what i will be doing; what the job entails. I was invited back for my second interview but decided not to go after reading this website.
The man interviewing told me this is a new firm, their website says that they are the largest marketing firm in Bournemouth. Certain things that did not add up like that started to make me wonder what what this firm is actually like.
A 100% commission based salary is not a scam as such, but as the general consensus on this site. It would have been nice to have been told this in the first place- Caller: T.A Solutions
- JohnI think something should be done about this company (TA Solutions) as it seems they are scamming people. I also attended an interview and believe that the job description was very misleading and i also know of two other people who have been to an interview at the same place, one of which went back to the second interview and after being driven a good few miles out and told she would be knocking on doors selling, she told them she wouldn't go any further with the interview, so consequently they told her she would have to make her own way back to their office to pick up her car. Such a joke. Clearly getting a free days work out of people and the more they hold these 2nd interviews the more free work they are getting. Something really should be done about this company!

They are a SCAM! - angryjobseeker @cliffsull replies to Gemma, BournemouthI also received an email from 'PAP Worldwide' - same Phone Number was included in the email.
I rang this (before I googled it , which led me here) and spoke with a Thomas, sounded like he is of Indian origin, and he said 'Levi' - who was named in the email- was unavailable.
He said the company was SO successful that 'Love Film' and 'Amazon' were now chasing them up ???
I told him I was NOT available for immediate interview ....
I cannot believe they can get away with this.
The first interview is a misleading one from all the reports I have found since I googled this company.
They have NO WEBSITE?
They use several different business titles/names all from the same address ...

Is it a scam? umm well it depends...
Personally I think the only way someone can work for these companies is if you are a psychopath or simply too ignorant to realise what you are doing.
If you look up their main parent companies (Appco/Cobra) you will find only negatives comments, the only positive comments will come from their own sites off course.
Now, if money means more than morals to you, if you can lie and trick people to their faces and take their money, if you do not mind working with brainwashed idiots then you will love it there.- Caller: Blackrock

I 've been invited for an interview but after reading all of this I won't go there !!! - annoyed guyahhh, i feel stupid..
i had the first interview wit T A solutions and should definitely have asked more questions. . Thanks to everyone on this page btw :) :) if i didn't find it i would have been on my way to bournemouth tomorrow for the open day!!
I don't have hate for the company tbh it's just very sneaky how they pick on vulnerable people.
I think when you are out of a job and you recieve a very positive response from a company, it definitely clouds your common sense..
Remember guys ASK QUESTIONS and do research. I will be less silly next time :p ! SILLY SILLY SILLY ;P- Caller: T A Solutions

- RagingMongooseHad a call from TA Solutions today. The number calling was 07788 202462. I've logged this number here:
https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/07788202462
Had a call from an extremely pushy and chavy sounding woman called Jade. She claimed I had applied for a job with them and they wanted to get me in for an interview to "see if my goals met those of TA solutions". As I'm registered on multiple job sites and have applied for many jobs recently, although I couldn't remember this mobs name then I continued to speak to Jade. She attempted to insist that they could only interview me tomorrow at 2 or 3pm. Didn't like her tone and pushy attitude, something didn't seem right about it. When I replied saying I had other commitments tomorrow afternoon, she just ignored me and said "so, 2 or 3?". I once again repeated that I wasn't available, at which point she said "Alex can do 3pm on Thursday". I agreed to the interview, then asked what they did as an organisation. After Jade gave me an incredibly vague answer my spidey-senses for a scam were tingling.
After the call, took a look at their website http://www.tonasacesolutions.co.uk. Loads of grammar and spelling mistakes on there, looks like it's been put together by a 5 year old!!
Found this site from a Google search on TA Solutions. Looks like all my suspicions were correct about them, won't be attending the interview!
I have no energy or time for timewasters like this lot, especially morally and ethically bankrupt ones who are trying to exploit desperate people who need jobs by making them walk door to door selling on 100% commission only. Unfortunately for them, I'm not desperate, I already have a job, and I'm not one to easily be taken for a mug. Will be reporting them to all major jobs websites to attempt to cut off their ability to target vulnerable and desperate people.
TA Solutions also apparently trade under the names Live Limited, Galaxy, EA Worldwide, LMS, Global Marketing, JTG Consulting, WB Worldwide, PAP Worldwide, and Blackrock according to the thread linked above.
Their other known numbers on this website are 07788 202462, 020 8432 2238 and 02081273787.

- BosseDear Busy, Unfortunately, I own that t-shirt too. The last 18 years of parenting seems to be a blur at times bcuease of the busy schedule with all of the family needs, church activities, kids activities, school activities, the list is forever growing. There was a time when we were homeschooling just five kids and we had two on softball teams, one in soccer, and one in baseball. Practice was every night of the week, with tournaments every single weekend, usually we had someone on two different fields at any given time. We did AWANAs, Friday co-op, Tuesday Joyful Sound rehearsal (an all day event), and a Thursday Classical education program (also all day). Our home felt more like a pit stop than a home. Family meals were non-existent. We were busy, but then the season quickly changed. I do not regret when they all played ball, it was something even our extended family joined in with us to participate in. We knew it was just in the Spring, then it would end. My husband had the wisdom to pull us out of some extra commitments that were causing mental exhaustion on me more than anything like taking the job of team fundraiser, etc. What I learned through those busy busy seasons was that, no amount of activities were worth the nervous breakdown that hit me as a result. My hero husband saw what it was doing to us and we pulled out of everything and committed as a family to one manageable activity. The biggest blessing to our home, and my mental health was when we decided not to participate in ANY evening activities, and we joined a church that had the philosophy of keeping families together and not programming families to a slow spiritual death. We left open our Saturdays for whatever God wanted to put on our calendar from week to week, be it visiting a relative, helping a family clean their home before a baby arrived, or assisting a friend with a move. Sundays became sacred, no more softball tournaments and scheduling conflicts, we just rested one day as a family. One last thing that God used to truly change my approach to a busy life is when I read the book First things First by Stephen Covey. It's an excellent book that teaches you how to prioritize your to-do list based on your key relationships, not based on a never-ending check list. Enjoy your family, love deeply, work hard together, and play hard together. Blessings to you!

- nana| 1 replyabsolute joke, they play on what you have written in your CV to play on within the first interview. I also went to an interview in the small bournemouth office that seems to house several marketing companies. Clearly extorting people for their free labour, Thanks to all this i shall not be attending the second interview.

- Sophie| 1 replyI have been working at live marketing direct for the last 3 months and have been promoted in this time, i earn around £2000 a month which is 2x more than you would get in any other entry level job. It is long hours and does take a lot of dedication but not many people have become millionaires overnight. if your not willing to put all your time and effort in then no dont bother going to the interview but if you do want to make something of yourself and have a way of supporting yourself and loved ones then go through the program and get to where you want to be.

- CharlieHi all,
I have had the experience of working for one of these companies for about 6 months, and yes at the crux of it they do rely on hiring everyone and getting them selling for less than minimum wage (on average) and when they quit beause they are not making enough they just bring in new people. The turn around is crazy. They are all hopelessly clinging on to the chance of management which is promoted as being a millionaires salary.
At times I was loosing money because as other have said, you have to pay your own expenses and guess what, I was the one with the car so 9/10 I would pay the fuel and we would be travelling two hours a journey!! And yes I can sell and some weeks made a very good wage but on average with the bad days and the 11/12 hours your work you are on less than minimum wage.
But rightfully said, your simple minded if you walk away from the interview not realising it is door to door sales. You spend a whole day with someone knocking door to door and you can ask questions all the way through. They are however taught what to say to these questions to make them seem more appealing but still you must use your brain. I
I certainly was not brain washed and kept an open mind and some days where amazing fun while it lasted and definitely gave me allot of life experiences and travel but not something to go into if you are looking to stay and gain a long term career from.
Hope this give both side.
