got a call from this number today (used 1471 to find out the number after the call). it was supremoglaze trying to sell me new windows.

I just got a call from the same number. I hung up almost immediately.

I never answer my phone because of this problem, they phoned me on friday, i rang back and they answered and put the phone down straight away. They phoned my today (on a sunday) but when i ring them back they never answer. Not sure if this is REALLY double glazing-more like someone else pretending to be double glazing is what i say! My number is on the list for sellers not to phone me, but they still are-i was told that this was against the law for them to call if im on the preference list.

I've just received a call from this number. When I answered there were background noises which sounded like youngsters talking/playing. I answered 'Hello' then after a few seconds silence (apart from the background noise)the line went dead. Keep receiving all sorts of calls like this in the last couple of months (see other numbers on these sites)even though we are on TPS. Very annoying!

Had a call from these people today, with classical music in the background.  She claimed to be called "Roxanne" from "Supreme Solutions".  When I mentioned the TPS she sounded surprised, had never heard of them (pretty rubbish training then) and claimed to have only just started.  I hung up, and am now in the process of reporting them to TPS as I've been signed up to it for 4 years.

Keep calling me.....doing my head in!!!!

Had a silent call at 12:17 today as we're cooking dinner, very annoying.

Tps is a complete waiste of time.
nowhere in any TPS websites or info do they ever say they will not sell your name address or phone number, i read this article a couple of days ago and it made some sence.
after i registered with them i got more pestering phone calls, cold calls and companys i have never heard of or want anything to do with.

read the article,,,, dont use TPS.... it makes sence and may explaine why we get so many calls..

They hung up as soon as I answered. dialled 1471 to see who called and it was this number

0208 294 7080 - Called me on a Sunday, asked me loads of questions about my windows, doors, conservatory, porch and finally alarm system.  I usually tell people I have everything so they don't bother me again, but was worried when they asked about the alarm system.  There was a radio on the background, I think they get people to call from their homes, and link it in to this central number.  They guy said he was from WHF or something, he said it very quickly.  I am registered with TPS.  I called them back but nobody answered.

I just got a call from this number but my phone went weird so I didn't hear what they said.  Tried calling back but no answer.  Oh well, at least I know I didn't miss an important call, which was my worry !

i had a call from 02082947080, they asked several questions about windows, doors, and alarms, they were very pushy and insistead on coming round today at 6pm i told him 4 times im not interested bu that wasnt enough he shouted back at me, in the end i hung up, i wuldtrust this company, thats if it is a real company and not a scam artist

i got a wierd call from this number today, a bloke called jeremy called and said was calling from WHO he asked if in the future they would pay for me to have any double glazing what would i have, i said i wouldnt have any as it was already all done. then he said 'well what about your wooden front door' i asked him how he knew i had a wooden front door and he said he drove past my house on the way to work and saw, it has actually really freaked me out, how would he of driven past and why???  

Are they actually a glazing company, its worrying they are making hang up calls and asking about alarms?  i tried to call back but no answer.

also im sure he knew my name but can't 100% remember, he sounded quite young.

Just received this call from this number, when I told them i wasn't who they were calling, they said "WHO ARE YOU?" I returned the question and got the reply "Neil". Very rude and when i said that neither person they were after was there, they asked, quite rudely "When will they be back?" I told them i didnt know, when they told them i was "PC Harvey" they hung up rather quickly.....

received a call from this number today someone named "sian from WHI " when i asked how they got my number as i am X Dir she immediately put the phone down!

Have you bothered to read the privacy policy at the bottom of their main page?

Real pain from calls from this number

I keep getting calls from this number , having done 1471. Everytime I call it back I get no answer.  Having read some of the other posts it's slightly worrying.
