I am surprised by all of these. I picked up my lovely puppy from my breeder and got a free cover note. They rang me at home. I phoned back and took out the insurance there and then. I thought they were great and sounded like they knew what they were talking about.

I just received a call from this number, heard ringing then it hung up.

I was about to insure my cat through PetPlan but I think I'll go with someone else. Thanks for the info. :)

My wife has been getting about 15 calls a day from these people... They are pet plan insurance and the email inboxes to fill up with junk are...   emma.dendy@allianz.co.uk  paul.dempster@allianz.co.uk  lorraine.handley@allianz.co.uk   shanelle.moore@allianz.co.uk   and  sarah.rogers@allianz.co.uk    there is also an 0800 number to complain to  0800 072 7000 ........

Keep getting calls from this number but due to a recent spate of nuisance calls I screen my calls, thanks to you guys I now know who it is and know there is no reason to answer it. So they can just keep ringing 5 times a day as they have done for the last week.

Ive just had a call from this number. I dint pick up, saw the number on the caller ID and chose to ignore it. I have pet insurance (only recently took it out in fact). Thanks for the warning as to who these people are.The thing that annoys me is Im registered on TPS, a service whch is meant to stop cold calling, doent TPS work anymore???

They just called me, I did not pick up.  No message left.

I did an online quote for horse insurance (with pet plan) and now this number has been calling me!

However, I've been warned by my riding instructor (who used to be with petplan) to stay well clear from this compnay as they do not pay out!
Her 4 y/0 horse broke his leg and had to be euthanasied,PP wouldnt pay her a single penny! So i do not plan to answer anytime soon!

had a missed call from them this morning, they just rang again and I answered it, it started ringing then got answered, sounded like a busy call centre in background, they then hung up without saying anything. Weird. I got an online quote from Pet Plan insurance yesterday. I will NOT be going with them!!

Why stay clear of them??? They are a very reputable company and they have some of the most extensive cover I've seen. Anyone considering insurance don't be put off by negative comments on here.

They just rang me after an online quote on this number and was very impressed by their high level of customer service...and they were not an Indian based call centre.

same here more calls, I would love to no what they quote for pet paln for my pup,I am tempted but i think not.
