Said call from DIGi Malaysia, pre recorded, not making payment and ask you to call some number. SCAM!

Kept getting calls from 023310. Never picked up.

it called me at 14:57 luckily i was busy at that time… does anyone know who it is?

Just wonder if you all who received this weird call were owing Digi at least one month bill?

Start from 14-1-23 till today called 11 times, and leave voicemall to retrieve.
How they get this special short phone number?
How they slip through the cyber/network/TM security?
Someone let this happen, who give and who use it for what purpose?
No more bets?
