A blank message?

So the first time my friend received a phone number was on May, but then she ignored it. Then today she received the same phone number, she said the phone number had six digit number which was kinda weird in my opinion so I told her to send me this phone number who's been calling her twice. After that, I went to browser to search for whoever this mysterious stranger is and whether they're from a company or not. Turns out that a lot of Malaysian has received this phone call more than once, they all have similarity ways to describe this strange caller, "annoying" cause once this caller called you, they'll keep calling you. Be careful though, most of them ignored it but one of them did mention something like this: "My contacts were copied not sure if they got my credit card too" Again, if you do receive this phone call: "023310" don't answer it, it might be a scammer, it's best if you block them so they can never call you back. Stay safe people!
