i bought a phone off ebay -  these jokers do not stop. have 6 numbers stored for them and they just don't listen.
as if i'm going to disclose personal stuff to a virtually silent caller.

phoned this number back and they said hello this is Ben, can I take your postcode please?

Weird, who would just give someone their postcode to a named stranger who phoned and asked for it?

This is 1 of many number used by Vanquis bank. When you ignore 1 number they start using another. I have 5 different numbers todate. They hound and harrass like no other! I get upto 12 calls each day starting soon after 8am up until 9pm chasing me for an old debt that I'm paying off as agreed. I've emailed them and written to them recorded delivery asking them to 'cease and desist' their harrassment but the calls just continue.

When I see a number I don't know, unless it's a local code, I just don't bother answering it. But I have considered changing my mobile number for a quieter life!

same here drfloppy ,even though set up payment they keep on and on .have had numerous conversations with them but they just continue to bully me . they should not be allowed to do this

Vanquis have plagued me for a year, despite my having a payment scheme in place.
