Just take the call and say you want to be removed from their call list.  Check that they are recording the message so your request can be recorded.  Good luck!

ACCOR offering deals. But they use a marketing company to do it who are based in wollongong. very aggressive and talk very fast. just interrupt and tell them not to call again.

Would you believe this?  I have a SILENT number and I got a missed call from 42223000 last night!  I have never had anything to do with Accor or their so-called membership, so if they ring again I will be demanding to know how they got my UNLISTED number!

This number is driving me nutso!  They ring all the time - on my mobile and home numbers.  I've had 3 today!  It annoys me how they go to the trouble of listening to my voice message and then hang up - so I end up paying to check a message that isn't even there.

You suck Accor!!!

I don't have a membership nor have I ever stayed in their hotels, nor in any Australian hotel with my own money (I'm only 22), but the lady sounded genuinely surprised when I told her she couldn't possible have the right person, which made me second guess myself... sneaky witch!

I'm with Peter.  I'd never heard of them before and got the random phone call to my mobile but the girl (Rebecca) was very aggressive - trying to sell me hotel package deals on behalf of Accor.  When I told her I wasn't able to talk to her at that very moment she just kept talking at me and at me so I just hung up on her.  I'd advise you do the same...this type of thing should be illegal.  I might send a message to the ACCC or someone informing them that these guys are a nuisance.

PS  if someone works out how they get our numbers in the first place please post it.  If I find out that some hotel has given them my details then they are cut!  I suspect they do it randomly in most cases.

I just got a call from this number and decided to google the number before I called back, turns out it is Accor, no idea how they got my number I havnt even stayed with their hotel group. I will be sure to block there number

I don't even know what accor is and they asked for Rebecca- that's not my name. Don't know what possessed me to answer from a number I didn't know but they said "ok bye" and hung up so I guess I got off lightly.

Just got this call now, i thought it was sus as i never leave my mobile number to any businesses / house within the Wollongong / Shellharbour region, and it seemed too organised of a number to be a wrong number. I didnt answer the ph.

disgusting, just got a call from this number and I am based in Wagga, assumed it was SES as they're based in wollongong ... in the middle of flooding and evacuating here - again disgusting timing losers!!

Just got a missed call from this number. I had just put my number on the do not call register last week, so I guess it hasn't ticked over yet.
Pretty sure they must have got my number from foxtel, as I just cancelled my subscription and they keep trying to ring too!

rude caller. once i said that i hvnt really got a time to travel, she immediately said " cool, bye" wth.

I didn't answer, no message. I have stayed at Accor hotels though, I imagine that's how thy got my number. Second time this week.

My partner advised he received a call from Accor hotels with a special deal. They had been given his number by one of his mates. When he said he wasn't interested they asked if he knew someone who was, for some reason he gave them my number. I have received quite a few calls from this number at least 2 a day, which I have not answered. I rejected one call and they rang straight back. They do not leave voicemail messages. very persistent. I have registered my number on the do not call register now.

Got a missed call, don't think my phone even rang. No message left.

Accor Hotels... they keep trying but I've added them to my contacts as 'Don't Answer - Accor Hotels'  ;-)
