They never called me personally but it annoys me when my family get annoyed

I got missed calls from this number also

My work has been getting annoying phone calls from a accor telemarketer by the name of "Carole" who in the last 2 weeks has been calling and asking to speak to our staff members. When I ask her what it's about she says it personal, when I ask for her surname she snaps and is rude and says it's personal. The first 2 times when I put her through she was just trying to sell our staff members, membership for three hundred plus dollars, she rambles on & on and they have a difficult time getting her off the phone. The last 2 times she called I told her we don't take telemarketer calls and to stop calling the business and hung up on her. It is giving the accor group a bad reputation cold calling business and being extremely rude & pushy. She is clearly just getting the staff member’s names for the website as none of our staff have stayed with the accor group, and certainly won't be in the future as this has left a bad taste in all of our mouths! This despicable behaviour needs to stop as business shouldn't have to put up with rude, pushy telemarketers wasting everyone's time.

I receive phone calls from this number every day. And they always seem to pick the most convenient time to ring ~ when I'm not near my phone & can't answer.

Just had a missed call from this number and I am on the Do Not Call register. Not happy

Received a rapid fire set of pushy questions about where I would go to "treat myself" was then hung up on when I didn't answer sufficiently.

Most rude and annoying person. Wouldn't let go. Tried to fish personal details. Had to just hung up the call at the end.

How did you cancel your membership? I would really like to do the same but they have told me it is not an option.

I too have had a call nearly every day this week on my mobile no and wondered who or. What it was as a strange no. Now I know I will block the number.

Just an update, this guy disturbed my sleep in the morning and it is still "Accor" offers to the world

Your number can be called regardless of wether its listed or unlisted.  If it is not listed on the Do Not Call Register then its free game listed or private. All numbers are checked prior.  So if you dont want them calling I woild suggest registering on the DNR.

I've has several missed calls from this number.   They called again just now.   Not recognising the number straight away, I answered it.      All I got was a "fax-machine" type screach.

I've blocked the number now so they won;t be bothering me again.

I found these people treat you how you treat them. If you nice and answer but respectfuly reject the offers they dont hound. From Big Balls

I have had 2 calls from this number in the last 2 days. Since it's Accor it makes sense cause I'm a loyalty member and my next stay at one of their establishments will take me to to the next level. Makes sense but I don't like recieveing these calls. As has been mentioned in previous posts. A lot of firms outsource this kind of activity so that explains the Wollongong base.

All well and good but if you have been a customer of their's then that is an exemption. It's then up to you to tell them to put you on their Do Not Call list.
