My gosh these people are still phoning me!! will they ever get the hint that I know they are a scam and that have already ripped me off once (luckily I got my money back!) do they really think that they can do it again?!?!?

Although telling them that you dont have a computer works pretty well, they just hang up on you (guess that just proves that they are BS'n about getting error reports from my computer!)

as you can tell they arn't good with their spelling i asked the guy what MCTS stood for considering he did say he was in a company that was a microsoft certified partner but he had no idea what it ment. I know my OS inside out and i have 6 words for them but i will refrain from using these words on here as it is not P.C

no one from Microsoft will ever call you eventually they will tell you that your antivirus is incompatible with your OS which if it was it wouldn't install
