Got a call from 02-90439399. 1 ring and then they hung up!  (04.12.2012) which is a NSW prefix. I am in Queensland.
I have complained to Origin several times concerning a Qld State Government rebate not being applied.
They have sent 2 ammended bills with 2 and a half times overcharging of the original bill.
Third time back to Origin billing again after 1hr and 20 mins the dispute resolution still had not re-adusted the amended bill to the amended bill.
This is now 4 failures in a row with wrong results.
4 times without applying the rebate
No longer mistakes but a deliberate tactic.
Have contacted the Energy and Water Ombudsman in my State.
Obviously by them ringing me, this is a tactic also!

missed the call, thanks for the heads up guys.,.. I would have called them back to complete the survey otherwise...

calling & messaging about overdue bill and I dont have an account with origin.
