I have had a missed call from this number today and didn't answer.  Some people say it is Sky and others say they contacted Sky and Sky have advised it is not them!  So I wouldn't trust this number at all.  Dont answer and don't call back!

Keep getting calls - upto 4 a day - from 02920199900 and hear laughing at the end of the phone. Not going to answer it again.

Sky with the old half price movies and sport offer.... not actually that bad a deal.

Got a call from this number too, I can guarantee you this is sky. As ive had an ongoing issue with regards to some billing on the phone package. All of their contacts to me were made through this number, Ofcom and Otello are aware that BSKYB (registered name) are using this number for telemarket purposes. Unfortunately, when all of us signed up for sky in the contract it states that bskyb may contact us for marketting and promotional purposes unless you have specifically mentioned that you not be contacted by them when you signed up for the contract. You can change your preference by ringing up the customer service number and tell them you wouldnt like to be contacted for any offers or discounts if you are happy with your existing equipment and not planning for upgrades or require any discounts on your bill. Basically it doesnt matter if you're on TPS because you have signed the contract giving bskyb permission to contact you. So change your marketting preference by letting them know through phone or email. Obviously the agents will be working on commission and people just hanging up or not listening to them or being rude will be put back in the list for callbacks as that will not affect their sales. I only know this as Ive worked for a simillar company before.

yes it is Sky although we've now told then 3 times we do not want to be contacted and they keep ringing.  We've been in touch direct with Sky to complain and the chap there initially advised they were nothing to do with them and he would look into it.  He actually did phone us back 2 days later as promised and said that yes they were something to do with Sky although he did not see how they could upgrade us.  Apparently when anyone from Sky contacts a customer they have to log into the customer account and no-one has accessed our account at all despite the numerous calls (missed and answered) that we have had.  He further said that who ever is calling does not have the ability to change anything about our account.  He's due to call us again this week with an update on the situation - so far Sky themselves have been helpful.  Their outsourced call centre are not and when I asked them last week not to call me again they hung up on me and then rang again a couple of days later!  They also ring from 02920190900.

It's Sky TV, they phoned me to try and sell my ESPN, told them no and not to phone again. Got another phone call today, told the guy not to phone again. I bet they will phone again, i will not be answering from now on.

If I want to change my sky pack then id phone them myself.

This number has rung twice today a Sunday, they have been ringing on and off as 02920 190900 as well.  This is beyond a joke now.  Who can I report it to.

I have had several calls on my mobile from this number.  Random times during the day & also in the evenings.  No message is ever left & I will not answer any calls if I do not recognise the number or know who is calling.  If it is Sky as several people havealready suggested.....then I will call them if I need anything!!!!

They have been phoning for weeks and weeks! Have never spoken to them though as we're rarely available to pick up the phone but we know it's that number through 1471. We got a few voicemails from them, no speaking, just domestic sounds. SO annoying and kind of creepy. I phoned it back just now ( of course withholding my number) and it instantly cut to a woman's voice welcoming me to Sky and asking me to leave my name and contact details so they can get back to me.  I'm not convinced at all that it's Sky and hope it stops for everyone soon.

What do these people keep ringing for ? why dont they procede withj the call and give there name so that true call can send the call through.

I don't get many calls. So I like it when this number calls randomly. Makes me feel in touch with the outside world. Rang me 3 x today !!

got a call today,28-11-10 at 5.10 pm and the guy said" hi this is rob from sky with some wonderful offers for you,can I speak to Mr.********"  I replied this is he and rob you can stick your offers where it hurts most,poor chap got most upset and said "we have wonderful offers here at sky for you" I then told him to take me off the calling list and if I did what offers I would look on the web or phone them.Wonder when they will next call

I am receiving 5 + calls a day from this number although I have told the last dummy to take my number off their system it still calls me anything from 0800 hrs-2100 hrs every day and guess what 4 out of five times there is no one even on the other end if the phone.
My head is going to explode soon, why wont they stop or at least listen to me and take me off the list
I dont want to buy any other package, I am not interested, I have sky TV, Broadband and Telephone what more they want from me ? a pint of blood? my soul? My Sanity?
Jesus christ leave me alone to watch the mindnumbing 100's of channels of crap that I pay over the odds for. or browse porn on the internet on a crappy broadband speed. or if im really bored ring someone and get charges a fortune for it.
Take my advise stick with BT, Im changing back when my contract is up.
