Thank you akp I rang to speak to Mr Bullock, unfortunatly he was on the other line. They tried taking details off me so he could call me back!!!! When I refused to give them I was told that I couldn't be removed from the list. I am ex directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service and I will report them if I recieve one more call.

I am fed up with these calls and more so when they callm and ask to speak to my mother who died a few years ago I tell them to phone heaven to speak to her if they got the number

I have had 3 calls recently & each time there has been nobody on the line.I realize that this is more of a problem for other people who have had many more calls than me. I am reporting it to the Telephone Preference oganization now I know the name of the culprits.

Someone from this number called yesterday without leaving a message.  I have also been called twice in the last couple of days and picked up to find no one on the other end of the phone - obviously a call centre somewhere but very annoying when you are busy.

Very aggressive sales person does not realise that this unsolicited approach will not work.  Quoted Government backed scheme.  Would not take no politely for an answer

These people called me this morning so I wanted to check them out. I am fed up with being phoned to ask about insulation too!  thanks for all this info.  I will complain about them to TPS - although I don't suppose it will do much good.

I am an ex-employee of Roofshield/Becoming Green, the incompetence of the telesales staff is probably due to the incompetent management the company employs. I left the company and am so much better off for doing so. Staff were mistreated throughout the company. People were getting unlawfully dismissed, people were paid cash in hand and also there was something very suspicious about the way people were taxed on their wages. There were no written contracts in place, the company is a complete and utter shambles!

If anyone knows of a way in which a formal complaint can be made about this company to a regulating body (e.g. Ofcom) hopefully we can get this company shut down.

I have had four missed calls in the past couple of weeks from 02920461668 where they've no message on my answer phone.  I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service so if they are cold calling me to sell something then they're breaking the law.  If it's loft or cavity wall insulation then they're also clowns because I live in a rented ground floor flat in a stone walled Victorian terrace, and any competent marketing department would have done their homework and targetted their efforts on people with at least a hope of buying their product.

I just got called... they rang until I'd just got to the phone and then stopped. I was in the middle of something important too... Irritating!

Just had a call from 02920461668, I answered but there was no reply and the call terminated.

Had the exact same problem, with them calling and saying alright and then hanging up. I feel sorry that these people have nothing better to do.

It is a company that claims to be called Going Green and do solar panels etc.  Call back, press option 4 and ask to speak to John Davy.  He is the manager of the daytime section and will remove your number.  Do NOT trust anyone else as they don't bother or laugh at you then hang up.  I had so many calls from them.  Not sure who the company really is as Going Green doesn't come up on google as a solar company.  Probably someone like Weatherseal who are aggressive and relentless.

I got a phone call today from them trying to sell solar panels.  Quickly put the phone down when I said I would be reporting them to Ofcom

Keep getting calls from this number. When i answer the line goes dead. I have decided not to pick up the call next time i see the number.

My elderly mother got a call on this number yesterday (21st) - I happened to be in the house and picked it up for her, as she is not very mobile.  No one on the end of the phone.  She is registered with Phone preference and I think it is most unfair that she would have to struggle to get to the phone to answer calls like this.

still ring then dont talk.   You can call up and there is a menu option so you can try to get through to talk to them for a change.

Silent call.  Appears to be a Cardiff based Roof insulation Company.  My telephone number is TPS.

I am registered with the TPS and have registered two complaints about tis company. I have caller ID so now I do not pick up the phone.
I am now going to raise my complaint to a higher level by completing a complaint form from the ICO, see link below.
